Totally unimpressed with the service they have shown my partner and I. Nothing but blank faces and shoulder shrugging! Our questions were answered with obnoxious and rude sarcasm. When arriving we simply asked if they had any recommendations on anywhere to eat in the whole of Budapest, to which they blankly replied "here" and pointed to the hotel restaurant. Not...

We stayed for 3 nights and although the Hotel is abit dated it was clean, the staff were good, It has a good location being close to Heroes square and I would recommend it highly The breakfast was good with a variety of things to have.

We booked a superior double room, mainly to have access to a balcony. The room was a bit larger than standard doubles, but at double cost. A/C did not work, and as it turned out, all rooms have a balcony. Still, a standard double is a good deal. The location is perfect. Breakfast so so, a little overcrowded, with overcooked...

The hotel is short walk from Heroes square and metro stations. Rooms are reasonably clean with plenty of hanging space and shelves. The two set dinners served to our group were barely edible. The hotel appeared to be very understaffed, so dining room service was very slow, and it was difficult to get a drink from which was rarely staffed...

Clean, reasonably comfortable rooms, centrally located in lovely Budapest. Food ok ish but not fine dining, meals for us a bit basic included in package but some decent food served if you go a la carte. Breakfast usual stuff on the continent - meat and cheese, cereal,. fruit, yoghurt. Scrambled egg available plus frankfurter type sausage. Staff a bit indifferent...

The hotel is close to the park where the Wizz Air Budapest Half Marathon starts/finishes. The rooms are serviceable. Clean. Nothing fancy or special. Breakfast is ok. Staff at reception were welcoming and accommodating.

Very disappointing experinece. Front desk personnel very rude and unwulling to help, in general, the hotel is not a clean place to stay. Bathrooms, wether in rooms or conference room areas smell worse than a football stadium after superbowl....

The staff were horrifically rude and unhelpful, you are made to feel a nuisance and wholly unwelcome. Nobody smiles or greets you with warmth in the slightest. If you dare attempt to speak to any of the reception staff, you will be met with scowls and sarcastic responses. The hotel furnishing and general structure of the building is in disrepair:...

These are the facts. The staff are not interested in your wellbeing/satisfaction; they don't even pretend to be. When you raise this obvious flaw to them, as I did to the older chap on reception yesterday morning on my way out, you are treated to a spectacle of grotesque sarcasm and made a silly fuss of for all of ten...
