The Proprety was very terrible in the bathroom of the hostel, the showers were broken, the toilet were sometimes really dirty ! I was really disappointed about that ! Also the wifi wasn't good in the rooms, and the hostel didn't tell us that we were going to be in a room with other people wich for me was very...

Good: I really LOVED this hostel. The staff was absolutely amazing - especially the guy who checked me in, he made me feel instantly at home (but all the other people were really nice as well). They have a very relaxed yet helpful attitude. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the common area is very...

Quite a nice hostel, well located and friendly staff. I stayed here for few nights in a six mixed bedroom with bathroom on the floor, or rather there was only the sink in the room, whereas showers and toilette were on the floor. There's a nice living room, breakfast room and common space. Laundry and other facilities are available on...

This is my second stay at the Bazar. Again I had a great time there. Staff are extremely helpful with new Julia a really good receptionist. My en-suite room was well equipped and pleasant while both the common room and kitchen are of a very good standard. My friend was also impressed by the Bazar. Thanks to everyone.

Bazaar hostel was really well priced given its great facilities and location. Staff are very helpful, there are sizeable lockers in the dorms and there is a lovely common area. The only improvement would be better privacy in the women's bathrooms.

We had a great time in Budapest! The hostel was pretty good. I should say the best advantage was the location, we couln´t ask for something else closer to the downtown. We were the two of us sharing a room of 6 people and it was quite good. It was quiet for sleeping and people were nice.

The hostel is in a very nice position, especially for those who like clubbing. It has a kitchen, a little room to relax with sofa, computers and everything is clean and very well organized. Staff is always available and kind ! Quality-price ratio is good.

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
