Great location, big room, friendly staff and strong shower tub. However its extremely noisy, I stayed on the 5th floor but still can hear the noise from the street clearly which made me can't sleep well. I could even hear my next door neightbour snored loudly... It feel a bit unsafe when you can hear everything from outside. And there's...

Perfectly located in a lively district of Pest. This was definitely the place to be with a plethora of bars and restaurants located just 5 minutes walk behind the hotel. The walking streets and river are an easy twenty minute walk away and there's also a convenient metro line nearby if you choose to visit Széchenyi Baths. The staff were...

We stayed three nights at the K9, and in short, it had everything we needed. After arriving by train at Budapest Keleti station, it was a fairly simple transfer and short walk to the K9. The location was an excellent base launch from, and quite a very reasonable walk to some locations such as the Budapest Opera. The building is...

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel. While the place is pretty close to a main metro station and thus easily accessible to all major tourist attractions, we were majorly disappointed with the size of the rooms. Staff at the reception was helpful, spoke good English which was a relief. The room was clean but due to the proximity...

The K9 apartments are ideally situated to the heart of Budapest. Your are only a 5 min walk from the city centre 10 mins down to the banks of the River Danube. The staff especially Laura who spoke excellent English were very helpful. They helped with information of places to visit things to do. Good times or not so good...

The apartment is situated not too far from some central attractions of Budapest, such as Erzsebet Hid, the St. Istvan Church, the Vorosmarty square etc. The apartment was clean, cozy and very spacious.

These apartments are just so ideally located I couldn't recommend them enough. On the main busy street so you are in close proximity of everything. Nothing is more than a half an hour walk away at most - which is fine when the weather was as nice as it was while we were there. Tram is located just down the...

I think that there is no much more to say, thats a very good price for a place located at the hard of the nightlife and restaurnts of Pest. The hotle is not an honeymoon hotel, its more like apartment rental - kitchen, minibar, nice beds etc. Cleaning is only while you get it, afterwards you may ask for towels...

Staff excellent, couldn't do enough to help you. Always a welcome smile when you entered reception. Wifi good signal in room. Toaster, hair dryer, iron and safe all in room. Storage for bags if you have a late flight. Will arrange taxi at fixed price of 25 euro to and from airport. Road noise was quite high, even on 8th...

Stayed two nights in this hotel with my girlfriend in March 2017. Friendly staff, perfect location, clean rooms with everything you need, the bed could have been more comfortable but was OK. Also a bit traffic noise at night but didnt bother us. Luggage storage free to use if needed. Would definitely overnight at K9 again! Highly recommended!

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
