Stayed here for 4 days and had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and more than accommodating to help with any questions/queries. There was a Spar supermarket directly across from the hotel which was very handy and the metro was less than a minute walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend for a short...

The staff was perfect. The breakfast was also delicious. The transfer from the airport, which was organised by the hotel was a great exparienece. The driver, Mr Gabor was so professional. He is not only a driver, he is also a perfect tourist guide.

Stayed here a few weeks ago, I had upgraded before we left , due to the previous comments. We had a quiet room overlooking the garden area, with a nespresso machine ( which was handy). Staff were friendly and helpful, we used the hop on/ hop off bus, and there was a stop by the railway station, so didn't have...

Arrived on the Friday afternoon which was my 60th birthday. Reception staff were very helpful in recommending, phoning, and reserving a table at an amazing restaurant that same evening for our family meal. Rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of information for sightseeing trips. Mini bar a bit expensive, but there is a Spar shop on the corner. Breakfast...

The hotel location was very close to the hotel which was a plus. Not a fancy hotel but a very pleasant hotel. The reception staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We sleep with the window open and so this let street noise in which was a shame, but did not spoil...

We stayed in this modern boutique hotel for four nights in November 2015 for a weekend break. The Hotel is easy to find with a Metro Station just round the corner and the main Railway station almost opposite. (See Google Maps) The Metro does not link to the Airport, but there is a bus link from the Airport. Any worries...

This modern hotel is situated on a side road near Keleti, the main railway station. The immediate area has some fast food restaurants, a currency exchange and a little supermarket nearby if arriving late in the evening. The hotel has a small comfortable bar near the reception and a breakfast area on the ground floor which is well supplied with...

Good breakfast, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. A little way out of the centre but taxis are cheap and the metro is nearby. Our room was very hot but there was a slightly hidden thermostat solving that problem.

Basic amenities. Clean & tidy. We booked for a double room -They made a double bed out of 2 single beds. We even got 2 single duvets. Not really ideal for a couple. Though there are good sides of it, the breakfast was good and the accessibility of Keleti train station (about 5 mins) and trams. if you consider Fast...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
