The leisure facilities were nice and very peaceful however the downside was you have to pay quite a lot to use them which I think is unfair considering the...

Location is good. Personal and service works well, but the Panorama Terrace was disappoiment. View was fine, but drinking, eating and service doesn't work; that was a big harm while the weather was very nice.

Booked a 2 night stay at the very last minute through Laterooms at a reasonable price. The hotel is extremely well located with everything central to the hotel. Very happy indeed with everything. Only sticking point was no tea/coffe facilities. We stayed in room 407 which was beautiful

Welcome to the Hotel President! The staff were friendly and very helpful; they even made dinner reservations for our group. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had plenty of space to settle in. My rate included breakfast and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to continental basics, there were daily specials to include eggs, meats, and potatoes. The breakfast...

A good hotel. Location is excellent, very close to the Danube, cathedral, parliament building etc. A very short walk to some excellent restaurants and shopping areas. Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
