Budapest Panorama Central definitely exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is only noticeable by two signs which surround a tall brown door, and from there you enter a hall which is very eery and begin questioning yourself about why you booked this hotel. However, I have now learnt to ‘not judge a book by its cover’ and it's ‘what’s on the...

Room was very large and spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to centre of town and very near to two metro stations. Great value. Would definitely stay here again. Slightly difficult to find as not very well sign posted - down a small alley between two shops.

When we arrived we were ready to catch the next plane home. But despite the awful entrance which looks like a slum building the room was beautiful and the bathroom was amazing. This is not a hotel out to impress from the outside but the thought and graftmanship that has gone into to the inside shouts care and 4 star.

Myself and a friend spent two nights here in March. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located, just a short walk from Deák Ferenc Square and St. Stephen's Basilica. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak fluent English. They were happy to securely store our luggage for...

Good spacious room with good facilities. At the front of the building but virtually no sound fron outside due to good secondary double glazing. Very helpful staff with very good english, as was the case all over the city. Excellent value for money.

I can only admire this beautiful place, the Pest inner district is the most appealing part of the country, this hotel resides just in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and we had a great time despite we only slept one day in the hotel.

The Budapest Panorama Central is located very centrally in the heart of Pest, between two underground stations, Deak Ferenc where all lines converge to the north, and Astoria to the south. Various locations of interest in on the Pest side of Budapest are within a stone's throw of the hotel, such as the Tobacco Synagogue, the jewish quarter, Gozsdu Udvar,...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
