Late arrivals are not always the most convenient and enjoyable things to deal with but Gábor greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. The hostel (more like an apartment) was clean and modern and we were lucky enough to be the only guests that night. The accommodation is a converted apartment with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room and...

I was in an apartment with a kitchen, the neighborhood is quiet in the bus stop / tram is under the house, it takes 10 minutes to downtown, the house was clean and with all the essential including (kitchen utensils towels etc etc) the master waited for us at 22.00 for check in, and gave us all the information we...

This cute, cosy & tiny appartment at Szent Istvan krt. 24, is really in the heart of PEST where everything happens. Situated at 5' on foot from the metro & train station is the departure point of all the pleasures for the hungarian capital lovers. The appartment is small but so smartly arranged that looks bigger than it is, even...

This was a different type of hostel as you stay by yourself and really nice one. It was clean and quite despite all the noise from the street. Gabor is a really nice guy and told us a lot about the place, where to go and where to eat.

Had to pay an extra fee for late check-in :/ Very hard to find someone at the reception. Very good location: near the city center, you can go by feet. Not very clean rooms: bring your own towel, not standard idea of "clean" if you are used to stay in countries like germany, italy, france... I spoke few times with...

I've been traveling the world rather widely for over twenty years and this place was perfect for me. I read reviews about street noise being a minor issue, and I can understand those that might, but I did not. It was not extra-ordinary and the rest of the place was super quiet and clean. Gabor is very knowledgeable and helpful....

Wow, the place is amazing, location is hot and the staf is very friendly! Gabor is very hospitable and will take time to give an extensive advice on where to eat, drink and hang out. Take the opportunity to stay in a fairytale place in Budapest. Best price-place ratio you will find in Budapest. Very big like for this hostel!

Bell Hostel is excellent. It's very secure which we found important coz there were a few homeless around the streets of Budapest. The rooms and facilities are great, very clean, big enough. Only a few rooms on each floor so the shared bathroom is pretty much private. Gabor is lovely and happy to give you any info you need including...
