A beautiful hotel in a central location of Budapest with lovely rooms, breakfast area and lounge/reception. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and very clean. Free wifi was available in all areas of the hotel and was easy to connect to. Breakfast was good with a selection of cooked items, breads, a...

The Palazzo Zichy is a truly welcoming modern venue. From the outside the building isn't much to look at, but inside they have beautifully renovated the old palace. The rooms were very well appointed and a good size. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge from 9am-5pm is a fantastic idea and means you can take a bottle of...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and couldn't have been happier. We were warmly welcomed at reception and check in was handled very smoothly and efficiently. We were given walking directions to a restaurant serving traditional food which turned out to be great - a step back in time to the elegance of the late 1800s -...

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and great breakfast, but, I had a personal issue that the staff just shrugged off. They couldn't advise my partner of where he could go to help me! Surely every staff member should be able to advise of the nearest 24 hr shop?? The lack of customer care in relation to this particular incident really disappointed...

We chose the Palazzo Zichy for our second stay in Budapest because of a good deal, and the great reviews here. Unfortunately we were left a little underwhelmed and honestly am still unsure if it was any better than the Bo18 which is very close by and a lot cheaper. Don't get me wrong - the hotel is very sleek...

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights earlier this year. It was winter so it was very cold but the rooms were quite warm (pretty common in most of europe). The hotel is very modern in a fairly decent location. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk into the main city area but the there's ample public transport options near...

This hotel is only a very little way out of town, you can still walk into the centre and the metro provides quicker and easier access still. We preferred being a little out of town as this provided access to bars, cafes etc which were much less touristy, but were more modern and quirkly than the centre of the city....

We spent 3 nights in December. the hotel was well located , I was apprehensive about the location but it was easy to get around and there were many lovely restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is very modern so don't expect a hotel full of character. The area is very...

We bought this hotel room with a package deal and the price wasn't bad and the reviews were great, so we were excited to stay here.
