This small hotel was right in the centre of a very interesting and culturally rich area with great restaurants and venues close at hand and within walking distance. Try the Spinoza (food & music)and Klass ( food and amazing wines) restaurants both within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and bijou with very modern décor and an up together...

Lovely hotel clean and modern but please note the air conditioning is near none existing! Apart from that we had a pleasant stay... It is central to everything we wanted to do and would defo recommend getting a giros kebab a few doors down to fulfill those late night munchies. Defo go back, had a great time!!

I have recently come back from a 4 night stay and whilst I would probably rate it as a 3.5 star, rather than 4, it was still very good, especially for the deal I got of 4 nights for £100. As many people have stated, the rooms are on the small side but, as a single traveller, it was fine...

We are just back from a 3 night stay here and had asked for a rear-facing room due to the comments we had seen here on tripadvisor. None of these were available but we were able to upgrade to a courtyard (rear facing) suite for an additional 25 euros per night, so we took up this option. The room was...

Stayed for 3 night city break with our daughter. Had a suite on the 1st floor facing the street was nervous due to reviews about noise but shutting the window blocks it all out so no problem :) Accommodation was excellent large room with big double, put up bed and sofa area. Breakfast plentiful even for the choosiest of guests....

We booked a double room. As is all the the doubles in this hotel, it's two poor quality beds pushed together. The beds move freely on wooden floor and are covered with low grade bedding and one pillow. Breakfast described as hot buffet with bacon etc. not so. Eggs and potatoes and hideous egg bread. Receptionist didn't take my feedback...

This is a small boutiqe hotel. The location is very close to the metro station and many tram lines. The room I was in was very small, for one person it was OK but for a couple it would be pretty tight. The only con was that my window overlooked an outside stairway, you don't expect to see people traffic...

The breakfast had something for everybody and if you asked you could get a latte coffee no extra charge. The staff all went out there way to help with any queries we had about visiting places in the city. Overall very...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
