The guy at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The room simple with a wonderful view. The bathroom completely renovated. Breakfast was good. Not ideal with todlders or babies since to reach the center by foot you need to walk around 15 minutes along the sea, a nice but not lighted path.

Very pretty location on ocean. There is a stone promenade below the hotel that takes you along the water to Piran. The restaurant looks out over the water making it a great place for breakfast or dinner. The manager, Damjan, is a great guy and very welcoming. It is nice to park you car safely and enjoy the town but...

This hotel is a bit out of Piran but that didn’t detract from the experience. The owner was most welcoming. The room was comfortable with a newly refurbished shower room. Furthermore we were able to park our car within the adjacent private car park. The easiest way to get into Piran is to walk along the shore. It takes about...

Beach hotel. No traffic. Maybe camping area and beach might be disturbing in high season, but in September nights were quiet. Only 15 min walk from town along the sea on a nice path. Rooms are fine. Breakfast very good. Dinner seems a bit "cafeteria/fast food"-like but is actually pretty good. Owner and staff is very friendly and owner loves...

The hotel overlooks a pebble beach with various activities available and immediate access to a coastal footpath to the town. A 15 minute walk which required the torch provided for the walk back, a pleasant experience. Our room had a new bathroom, a safety deposit box and double aspect views. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff helpful and engaging.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of September/beginning of October for three magical nights. - We had an amazing balcony with the best view of the Adriatic Sea. The balcony was very big and we enjoyed sitting on this and soaking up the peaceful surroundings and taking in a sea view to die for! - Truly the...

1. Prompt and effective communication at booking 2. Location: easy to find, beautiful view from the rooms and dining area, right at a natural (and free) clean beach. Piran town walls are a lazy 10 minute panoramic walk away on the seashore 3. free parking, which is a very big plus in Piran, given that car traffic is limited if...

Very unfriendly attitude from staff. I booked a room via telephone. There was no reservation-confirmation. Though I wanted to pay my booking in advance and pay extra for possibility of canceling my reservation, it was said that advance payment was not needed. Then, two days before arrival I wanted to cancel my vacation due the weather (2 nights reserved, both...

We spent one night here as we transitioned from Slovenia to Italy. The family who runs this hotel is quite friendly, and they clearly care greatly for the place. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a family suite with an insanely beautiful balcony and view of the sea. The seaside here is a very busy place with lots of...

Damjan was very warm and welcoming and we loved our clean and comfortable room with its balcony overlooking the sea. Such a gorgeous view! The room is on the small side but the bathroom is large and modern and since we spent most of our time either out seeing Piran or sitting on that beautiful balcony, it was not important...

We are located on the shore of bay Fiesa, the cleanest bay in the northern part of Adriatic. Our Hotel is suitable for families with small children. The coast is clean and well maintained. Next to the hotel is a lot of green grass where children can play and a dive center for those who are into discovering our local reef. If you are up for a walk, you can go and visit Piran.
