Recently visited Warsaw and choose this gorgeous hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly on arrival, couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are gorgeous and the complimentary chocolates were devine.

Beautiful building but felt uncomfortable with the complete lack of service. Very disappointed and will look for another hotel when next in the area. Wouldn’t recommend if your looking for 5* experience.
Had a wonderful few nights here in a hotel that I've always been wanting to try. Good service, friendly staff. My only criticism is the parking situation, which isn't great. But a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town.
We enjoyed our three night City Break at this high end boutique hotel. The location is excellent for visiting the Old Town. The public areas have a quality feel. Our bedroom was very well appointed with good fittings and plenty of storage space. Everywhere is...More

Sri for the delay in answering. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There are within fairly easy walking distance no end of reasonably good options for breakfast. In our experience the Poles do not seem to particularly adventurous about their breakfasts and we found nothing inspiring. The choice in and around central Warsaw for Lunch and Dinner is eye wateringly good and the prices are comfortingly cheap - Don't be afraid to go where you see the Poles eating - it should be tellling you something. We didn't understand most of what we ordered by are pretty adventurous and always try the local dishes. We did find a Mexican restaurant which offered great food and prices last seen in the UK thirty years ago though. Experiment - I doubt you'll be disappointed.
