We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at this new property, which was supposed to be for 7 nights but ended up being one night given the hotel’s constant focus on upselling us and their inability to move us from a room overlooking a noisy construction site (even though the hotel was empty). If you want a cool design hotel, stay at H15 down the street instead — an old favourite of ours — which is what we ended up doing. It has much more character, with markedly bigger rooms for a fraction of the price. The locale and restaurant at Nobu are good, with the expected hotel design and service-oriented young staff. The main problem is that hotel is ridiculously overpriced for Warsaw and the business model places profit over customer service. We reserved the Premium Room (best non-suite option) for around USD 230 / night for a full week, but were told we couldn’t get a room on the quiet street side, even though the hotel was completely empty. We were then offered a Zen Suite — but only if we paid another USD 70 per night, for a total of USD 300. Even though the price was excessive and the suite only a paltry 36 square metres, we decided to splurge. We then realised we’d been located directly across the street from a construction site and that the windows did not open and close properly, which resulted in the heating / air ventilation system not working. When we asked to change rooms, we were only offered a room next door and still facing the construction site — again, in an empty hotel. The other option was a slightly larger suite on the other side of the hotel which looked great, but the hotel management once again wanted to upsell us and charge an additional USD 100 to move us — ie now charging USD 400 / night for a fairly standard suite in an empty hotel. At this stage we’d had enough, packed our bags, checked out and rolled our suitcases down the street to H15 where we got a fantastic suite for around USD 150 / night and were offered a free upgrade (which HR15 regularly does) to a very spacious 2-bedroom suite. We will never be back to Nobu again — whether in Warsaw or another city. This so-called luxury chain needs to seriously rethink its business model.

Hotel's Favourite
Had a chance to stay in this amazing new addition in Warsaw - the new Nobu Hotel and of course its restaurant. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient with great surroundings, tree lines streets, restaurants and bars close by. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed and has a great team working there, from front office to food an beverage, a joyful experience. The airport pick up was arranged by hotel, was swift, as the check in at hotel, with great explanations about the hotels’ services. I had a chance to try the new menu of the Nobu Cafe on the corner, which served some great terriyaki salmon, but also a delicious salad. Even a small japanese inspired cheesecake waited for me in my room upon arrival, coming along with an explanation of ingredients and history behind! So, all in all a true gem and fab experience in terms of guest care and overall hospitality! We will for sure be back upon our next visit. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice and clean , rooms are beautiful with nice view . The only thing I was disappointed from is the breakfast , it’s not a rich buffet like in most hotels . U have to select one dish From a small menu , and the service is quite slow , I waited like 25 minutes for e food , for 150 per night I would expect a nicer breakfast
