A very high hotel with great views from the top floor bar. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. There was sometimes a queue for the lifts. We visited the casino after an evening out and this had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel was close to the main shopping...

The room and other facilities are fine - at 5 stars standard, but.. For 5 days we didn't receive bath robe, even after asking from the cleaning staff. Only after complaining at the reception desk and without any apology, the robes were delivered to the room. Another problem - internet. We paid for "ultra high speed internet". 0.5Gb is not...

Marriott staff is excellent. When booking the hotel room we requested a room which as high as possible. We arrived early in the morning and normally you'll...

travelled to Warsaw for the day, after spending a week in Kraków. Must say I much prefer Kraków. The city is very busy, as most cities, however the hotel is great, very close to the main train station, but about 30 mins walk to the old town, where most of the shops are situated. On the whole hotel is clean...

We booked a Superior King room with Wifi and breakfast to celebrate new year. We got a room with fantastic city view on the 37th (of 40) floor. The location of the hotel is great (across central station). Service is fine, but not very personal due to the scale of the hotel. 24/7 taxi service outside the lobby is a...

Warsaw was cold when I visited, -10 but this hotel managed to warm me up with his SPA, food and welcoming staff. View from the 33th floor room was amazing and super silent, there is a top floor bar at 40th floor with delicious ice cream and even the Parmizano restaurant was serving delicious food. Position was perfect and I...
