If the hotel was a 2-star one I would be more forgiving, but if you pay so much money for a stay, you would expect more. The bartender attitude at the lobby bar is something that you can remember from the communism time, but it is not acceptable now. When we came, she acted that we are intruders, because how we even dare to come to the bar at 9pm on Friday night after long trip. She was screaming at customers that she doesnt have some of the alcohols because no one delivered it to her. After a while she just left for 10 minutes while shouting that she is just going home because "she is done". When she came back she did not feel guilty of any sort of leaving the bar unattended for such a long time, while customers were queuing. The burger we ordered had a cold bun. The waitress who brought it didn't even wish us a good meal but instead she was only curious if we already paid for it. With the attitude similar to her colleague. The room was a joke. The free water we received was half empty, like someone drank for it. Moreover, there was a blood on the mattress under our sheets - very hard to miss while cleaning. The TV remote was super sticky. Does the management remember we live during covid-19pandemic and the hygine should be the most important factor for the hotel? The breakfast situation was also very upsetting. Too many people at one time, no one is cleaning the tables, and people were not wearing masks. The food itself was also disappointing. I really don't recommend this place if you want to experience the real 4-star hotel.…
Extremely negative experience. Nobody is carrying masks, partially absent from personnel as well. Guest are allowed not to wear them and nobody from the hotel personnel cares. Got in few conflicts with couple of guest ignoring the Country given rules. The restaurant is a joke and besides the breakfast not really recommendable.
The hotel is located in a perfect position: 10 minutes from the main square of Poznan, close to the main roads of the city, easy to reach by car, it also has a convenient underground parking. The structure is quite recent, well maintained, the rooms are large and spacious, the breakfast is abundant and varied. The only small flaw: I arrived at 15.30 at the reception they told me that the room is not ready and they gave me no alternative but to come back later, too bad that the check in is normally from 15 and I did not like the coldness and the inability to propose an alternative. It was a different story when I returned at around 6pm when the manager very kindly checked me in and offered me a free upgrade to a superior room. Apart from this minor inconvenience that slightly lowers the vote stay really to be repeated.…
Absolutely amazing! Room was perfect with very calming atmosphere, view was very nice. If I would ever have to sleep in hotel in Poznań I would definitely pick this one. Breakfast was more than perfect, really worth the money. Thank you for your great service.
The concierge was not able to provide the corkscrew so he suggested to go and ask at the bar. The bartender said that she wouldn't borrow hers and that I am supposed to go back to lobby to get one. Concierge then suggested to bring the bottle to the bar and it will be opened. Once I got back with the bottle the bartender was very rude from the very beginning and refused to open it. I don't understand how it's possible in 4-star hotel to treat your guests like this. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
