Great location within walking distance of central Krakow and good location for Jewish Quarter. Excellent helpful staff who went above and beyond by providing packed lunch for an early morning start. Very welcoming.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within 2 minutes of the bus and tram and 10 minutes from the Main Square and 15 minutes walk to the large shopping centre. The hotel has a tiny reception area, a nice bar and restaurant. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and always in great humour. Hotel is very clean, rooms are...

The room was really nice, clean and tidy with soundproofed windows. The receptionists were also very nice and professional. The only problem was the wifi in our room that did not work good. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean but smelly room. The hotel location is perfect for visiting the Old Town, Castle and the Jewish Quarters. You are never far from fantastic restaurants and tourist areas. Friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed at Spatz for 3 nights from 12th November and we have nothing but good things to say. Staff: I booked this stay through tour company LowCost holidays so when they went bust, my reservation was cancelled too (through no fault of the hotel). I contacted the hotel by email and the way they handled the...

This was an excellent hotel! Beautiful rooms with very comfy beds, gorgeous bathroom facilities, complimentary water, sparkling water, coffee, tea, and the staff was very helpful and friendly as well! It's not far from attractions such as the Wawel Castle and there's a tram stop nearby. There is no elevator, though, but I'm used to stairs so it didn't bother...
