Just returned from a stay at this lovely hotel, very friendly helpful staff, good location, spotlessly clean within 10mins walking distance of the square and right across the street from lovely Wawel Castle. It was also very pleasant having a drink up on the hotel terrace after a tiring day sightseeing although only ventured out one day because weather was...

This is a lovely hotel in a ideal location. Rooms are smallish but have all you need and are spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee and bottled water replenished every day. Very comfortable beds so had no trouble sleeping, but that could have been due to all the walking around the fantastic city so we were exhausted every night.Plenty of choice for...

Really good Hotel with a Family feeling. Well situated next to the Castle and River which is very nice for a after breakfast stroll. Bedrooms are compact but clean and well maintained. Excellent Bar-Restaurant on the roof, really enjoyable on a sunny day. Would and hope to return there in the future.

Lovely stay at this hotel but we had 2 rooms booked and unfortunately the difference between these 2 rooms is huge. On check in we were told the hotel was full, therefore no chance for a room change. One room had it all and the other not even a safe. Breakfast was just ok. The main thing is cleanliness which...

Loved this hotel. We arrived mid morning and asked at desk if we could leave our luggage until check in time and were delighted to be told by the friendly receptionist that our room was ready. After unpacking we went to explore the area and found we were right below the beautiful castle and sitting right on the bend of...

My girlfriend and I visited Krakow for 4 nights last week and had a really enjoyable time. The hotel is about 20-25 mins from the airport via taxi, its in a really good location next to Wawel Castle and about a 10-15 min walk from the main old town square. Good points of the hotel - reasonably priced for a...

Recently spent a very enjoyable 4 nights in Krakow. Location was perfect, right next to the castle and right in front of a river, with supermarkets very local. 10 mins walk to old town. Can also book trips at reception. The room was a decent size, shower very powerful and beds comfy. The downfalls for us were the plug sockets...

The location of the hotel is great for visiting the castle, Old Town and walks along the river. The staff were excellent and very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was good and they had a good selection of hot and cold food each day. The roof top terrace...

Fantastic location across the road from the river, under the walls of the castle. With a 5-10 minute walk to the main square on n the old town. Staff friendly and helpful on the desk. Rooms basic but clean, with ensuite. Clean towels daily if required, bedding changed every other day. Buffet breakfast, with choice of cereal, cold meats and...
