On arrival we were confused to find four single beds instead of two doubles and one single as that is the impression we were under. The rooms are basic and clean, outdated but gives the Jewish quarter the character it deserves and expected from tourists. Air con works well but is a little confusing to turn on but if the...

Firstly the good. It's in a good location, in the Jewish Quarter. Plenty of places of interest as well as lots of places to eat, drink and dance. The Krakow town centre is walkable although perhaps some may feel it's just out of walking distance (especially after a long day of sight seeing...). The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet...

A great Little Hotel for visiting Krakow. Located in the Jewish Quarter, loads to see close by; and soo many bars restaurants on the door step. The Hotel is only a ten minute walk from the main square and castle. When we checked in to the Astoria Hotel we were given a triple room (loads of space); however, we went...

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. Astoria Hotel is in a perfect location. It is in a quiet area and is a nice and easy walk from the Old Market Square. Breakfast had a great range of foods and was very fresh. The staff are so friendly. I love the quirkiness of the rooms. I would recommend this...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room is outdated. There bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was thin. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. The staff was kind and spoke English. There were a lot of people in the hallway for wifi. The bathroom smelled bad.

Stayed here for a couple of days recently. The staff seemed nice and I was grateful that they spoke English. They allowed me to check in early although I'm not sure I was allocated the right room as it had 4 single beds so 3 extra but it didn't bother me. Room was spacious and clean but that's about as...

Three of us stayed here for three nights in early March 2016. Location of hotel is perfect. Near enough to walk to main square and city centre and also set right in middle of up and coming old Jewish district which is currently being revamped and refurbished. Easy walk to several bridges to cross over to area where the Jews...

We stayed at the Hotel Astoria for a quick overnight trip to Kraków to visit the Auschwitz memorial. We found a very welcoming reception, the receptionist spoke English which was helpful as we had no Polish, and a comfortable and tidy room. Tea and coffee available in room and cable tv with a number of channels. The hotel is close...
