We went to Krakow in September 2016 and stayed at the Alexander Hotel. It was a fantastic location, about 5 minutes walk away from the main square in a nice area - some restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We were bed and breakfast and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would stay at this... More

Stayed for two nights and could not fault the hotel. Was not expecting to much for the price I paid but was pleased with what I got. The whole place was clean and the room was comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk from the main square. But would also recommend heading in the other direction too. Some nice cafes and... More

I've stayed in krakow about twelve times previous and this rates as the best mid range hotel I have stayed in. The staff are extremely professional and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean. One downside on the rooms was probably particular to me and my bad knees, in that the beds are quite low. Rooms very well furnished, warm and... More

Ideal hotel for a weekend break. Immaculately clean from top to bottom and in a good location a short location from the Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that it lacks a bar area. Breakfast is self service and ok

We arrived to book in and another couple came to book in. We were both given a story about air conditioning breaking down and the rooms we were to have needed to dry out! We were told that the would do what they could to move us in to the main part of the hotel. We accepted the first night... More

You really do get what you pay for. Can't really complain about anything! Rooms are spacious although the bathrooms are a little on the small side - good, free wifi available around the hotel and rooms. Clean and tidy, close to the main square of Krakow. Would recommend.

Alexander Hotel has a perfect location if you wish to be close to the Old Town Square in Kraków. It is clean and there's plenty of space in the room we got. I wish my husband and I had gotten a room with a double bed though… We're used to sleeping together in one bed. The first morning there was... More

Me and the wife stayed here in May 2016. We had never been to Krakow and we were surprised how pretty and colourful it was. This hotel mis brilliant for getting you into the centre quickly, the staff are friendly and the beds were comfortable. It certainly offers a city centre experience and it's not about chocolates on pillows or... More
