We stayed here from 11th November till 13th November. Had room 223 double room on the second floor which was facing the front of the hotel. Room was very clean and large, lots of storage space and a spacious clean bathroom with towels. Breakfast consisted of meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, breads and scrambled eggs and sausages. Hotel was around 5...

Situated about 7 mins walk from the centre of the Old Town. Great location. Room was clean, spacious and everything you need for a city break. Breakfast was great. Fab value for money. Would recommend.

We stayed three nights whilst sightseeing. It was an easy walk to great restaurants, the main square and shopping. We used Escape2Poland to take our tours and they were great. Auschwitz, Salt Mines and Schindler's Factory were all fabulous.

We booked a Standard double or twin room via Jet2 and expected a room similar to that shown on the website at the Hotel Alexander. When we arrived the receptionist informed us we were to stay in an annexe and took us to a separate shabby building down the street. The room and building were terrible. The staircase was wooden,...

We booked via Jet 2 and the rooms we were allocated fell far below the standard shown in the photos We were given rooms in an annex, which I wasn't aware of. We booked a standard double or twin room. The room was tiny, drab and dated. There was just enough room to walk around the outside of the beds...

We went to Krakow in September 2016 and stayed at the Alexander Hotel. It was a fantastic location, about 5 minutes walk away from the main square in a nice area - some restaurants etc. nearby. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We were bed and breakfast and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would stay at this...

Stayed for two nights and could not fault the hotel. Was not expecting to much for the price I paid but was pleased with what I got. The whole place was clean and the room was comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk from the main square. But would also recommend heading in the other direction too. Some nice cafes and...

I've stayed in krakow about twelve times previous and this rates as the best mid range hotel I have stayed in. The staff are extremely professional and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean. One downside on the rooms was probably particular to me and my bad knees, in that the beds are quite low. Rooms very well furnished, warm and...
