amazing stay! Literally a 5 min walk to square. Staff were helpful when booking trips for Auschwitz and the salt mines and even schindlers factory which was only 10 mins in a taxi. Our room was perfect, had two bathrooms, a living room and a big bedroom! worth the little extra money! Breakfast was amazing, everything you could think of...

This is a great hotel, close to everything in Krakow. Very clean and comfortable, with great staff. Wonderful restaurants only minutes away. The only downside was that the beds are hard, but that seems to be more a part of the region, as opposed to specific to the hotel.

Radisson Blue is really good hotel, very close to Old Town, 10 minutes away by walk. Staff very kind and available at any time. Good breakfast and WiFi coverage. Really comfortable staying in Krakow, I would recommend it for vacation in Poland.

We stayed for 3 nights on a room only basis so cannot comment on the breakfast as we ate out in the local cafe's and restaurants. Stayed 2 nights on business trip and could not fault the hotel. My Club Carleson status was recognised too. Friendly staff that genuinely seemed to want to offer good service. Will always stay here when I visit Kraków.

The hotel looks renovated (or even new). Location is 10/10 - everything for sightseeing in near. Rooms are clean. Although is quite expensive. A lot of places for business meetings. Several restaurants and spa. Fitness center.

Check in: very polite, hospitable check in with Kasia. This young woman was precise, friendly and intuitive. She picked up that it was my husbands birthday the next day and arranged a beautiful little cake to be delivered to the room on the birthday day! Accompanied with two bottles of sparkling water and two forks. Room: on the first floor...

We were looked after perfectly, from check in through to check out. I have done a lot of travel (business and pleasure) and have never slept in such a comfortable bed. The daily chocolates and Nespresso in the room are a nice touch.
