We stayed here for 4 nights and it's a lovely hotel. There are 6 floors with lifts, the staff are excellent and helpful, the buffet breakfast is good and self service. Room sizes are generous, some with nice views. It's location is just a few minutes walk from the main market square which held the Christmas market. It's a lovely city...

What a lovely hotek right in the heart of Krakow. Very quiet, breakfast was lovely although the bacon was streaky and left in fat, the only downside. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in getting a tour to Auschwitz which picked up at the door, gave us a guide and dropped back at the door. Prices for drinks...

Amazing Hotel, very contemporary and comfortable. Amazing morning breakfast buffet. The BEST location as has a park across the street and beyond the park the Old Towne Square and Market Place building. So within walking distance and felt so very safe at any time of the day. We hope to go back someday.
