Along with other reviews this hotel is excellent. We stopped for 3 nights bed and breakfast and couldn't fault anything. Staff very helpful and friendly, location perfect and breakfast was a great start to the day. The hotel has some stunning features, the decor and furnishings are a wonderful blast from the past. The rooms were immaculate and had all the...

As most of the other reviews say this is a great hotel with excellent staff. They were always helpful, for instance they printed out info on buses and even wrote how many stops we needed to go and what the stop was called. It is also very near the old square, just one block away. The room we had was...

Just returned from Krakow where we stayed in the Grand. We could not find any fault with this hotel. It is situated just off the main square so is in a perfect location. The hotel has lots of lovely features and is just so clean. Breakfast each day was well presented and very tasty. All the staff were so friendly....

This was a great hotel as it was placed really a stone's throw from the centre of town and from the main attraction which is the Wawel castle. This is also a great place to go. If you need to take a couple of days out and just want to wander around this is a great location to base yourself....

I stayed at the Grand hotel in Krakow in January 2011 for 4 days. This was my first time in a very regal ‘old school’ 5 star hotel and we were lucky enough to see a special offer online and the rates were very good. Firstly the location, perfect! Just off the main square in the town and very easy...

The Grand is beautiful, lots of character and perfectly maintained original features. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast sufficient to start your day, we had no problems that were within the control of the hotel. One slight disappointment was the lack of a comfortable bar - the bar is just part...

The location of the Grand Hotel, just off the main square in Krakow, is excellent. There are lots of shops and some great restaurants close by. The interior is old-fashioned but elegant and the staff are welcoming and helpful. It's a bit complicated getting to the third floor; however, the bedrooms are a reasonable size and very clean and comfortable....

A lovely hotel with great staff on hand, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have made it better was to have tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Our trip to Auschiwtz/Birkenau was outstanding and only an hour on the nice warm coach to get there.
