Wawel hotel is ideally located in the old city centre within walking distance of the Castle and the Main Square. Rooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, side tables, desk, lounge and a very modern bathroom. There is a glassed-in terrace area with a free coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine Wi-fi works well, staff are unobtrusive but polite and...

This was a great find. The hotel is an older place but very well restored and updated. The rooms were comfortable and plenty large enough ... mine opened out on an interior courtyard with a view across the roof tops of Stare Miasto (Old Town) that was quite nice. The hotel is easy walking distance from the old marketplace (Rynek)...

The hotel has an excellent location, near to the Main Square. The employees speak English very well (something hard to find) and were adorable helping us all the time without complain. They have a coffee machine (all kind of coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino...) and water for free. The room has a good size, the bathroom too . Comfortable bed, soft...

We stayed five nights in this clean and conveniently located hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find a atrium on the second floor that offered wonderful coffee and other hot drinks 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable and the staff very polite. Small but nice breakfast room and good food. We did not avail ourselves to the Spa.

We really were pleasantly surprised by this lovely little boutique hotel. The room was very nice. It is convenient to all of old town Kraków. A wide variety of items on breakfast buffet both hot and cold. Will go there again.

The hotel is in a great location about half way between the old town square and Vawel Castle. There are two restaurants one French and the other Polish, we tried the Polish and would recommend it .Try the Black Duck drink for men. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. we would stay her again.

The staff here are polite and friendly. An efficient check in. There is a small pleasant seating area on the first floor where you can get coffee. The room was a good size with comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. The hotel was very quiet so I had a good night's sleep the whole time I was there. The...

If you are looking for a hotel in the very heart of the city then this is ideal! A very pleasant stroll to the square and an equally short walk to the castle - great for accessing shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff very pleasant and the taxi booked by the hotel - driver was a lovely man!

This was a very nice hotel with old world charm in a great location, one block from the Old Town. It had a courtyard, in which you could eat, a lovely breakfast buffet and a tiny elevator, which only goes to the third floor. Our room was on the fourth floor, and was quite large and very comfortable. The service...
