Hotel Eden is old style but perfectly suited to its environment. Very comfortable, modern small well equipped bathrooms. Staff are excellent and breakfast choice very good. Location is superb. Have stayed in Krakow many times and will be back again.

Stayed for 3 nights in December. Great value, location and friendly staff. Nice and tidy rooms, comfortable beds. Close to nice bars and restaurants in the Jewish quarter. Walkable distance from the castle and old square.

We went by BA For a three night stay. The hotel is very good and excellent value. A unique breakfast underneath the hotel in an old salt mine. Tip wear warm clothes for breakfast. No kettle in room. We stayed in room 111 which was huge. Strongly recommend and the location places you in the old Jewish quarter .

My husband and I and 3 friends stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in November this year. The hotel is spotless, as is Krakow, not one bit of litter did we see the entire time we spent there. The rooms are massive, with comfortable beds and a bathroom with a shower and toiletries, which was very clean. Breakfast is...

We chose the Eden via Easyjet holidays as it had character, included breakfast and was a short walk (15-20 mins from the Christmas market), it also had a salt grotto. We arrived well before check in time, but could leave our cases and have a cup of tea in the...

Of an evening it's nice just to wander around the streets looking at the buildings, restaurants and watch the...

We really enjoyed our 3 nights staying here. It's in a great location. Easy to get to the main square. Loads of places within minutes to grab a quick snack and loads of bars and restaurants too. Check in was quick and the reception staff very welcoming. Our twin room was very clean. Comfy beds. Didn't want to get out...
