Spotlessly clean room with desk and chair and good size bathroom with toiletries provided. We were on the third floor and it was quiet apart from the ambulance siren from the hospital nearby which did not bother us in the least. The location is convenient to buses and trams in one direction and walking distance to the market square the...

Wonderful stay, excellent, friendly service. Gave good advice on places to visit, booked taxis and even provided a packed lunch when my wife and I went on a day trip! Would most certainly stay here again. Only downside was that there were no English speaking TV stations - but we didn't go all that way to stay in the hotel...

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Kraków, the hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from the old town in a quiet area. I could not fault anything about this hotel, it is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We asked the reception to call a taxi a couple of times and...

Somewhat old fashion familiy hotel with an apparently relaxed but very efficient staff. I love it! Good and complete breakfast, good restaurant with charming little terrace, good food, good beer. Charming double room (17) with flowers and a bottle of wine at arrival, if you ask, like me... Good location at fifteen minutes by foot to everywhere in the central...

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is very close to the Old Town city square where all the action is. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We were charged 5 euros extra per day to use the air conditioner in the room. I thought this was a little petty, but I would stay there again.

Was staying here for 2 nights. The hotel is only a short walk from the Old Town and is in a very quiet area. The rooms are classic, traditional and big. Service is very polite and helpful. Very good choice for breakfast, again great quality.

I stayed here for a week and would definitely go back. The room was spacious with comfortable temperature, good air circulation and a large bathroom. The restaurant downstairs serves good food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast had a a large variety of items, including eggs. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from a few markets and...
