Only a ten minute walk from the town square. Lovely comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. A huge range including Polish food, cereal, breads, cold meat and cheeses, waffles, pancakes, apple cake, juice and lovely coffee.

The staff here are super friendly. We arrived around 7:30am as we caught an overnight train into Krakow. Our room was ready for check-in and they offered us to have breakfast there on the first day. Obviously very hungry we couldn't decline the kind offer. The breakfast was a little disappointing (a lot of cold meats etc. and not a...

Stayed for three nights and it was a nice warm room with a clean ensuite. Fifteen mins walk from Jewish quarter and ten from old town. Also ten mins to the bus amd train station. You get 20% off your meal at the attached restaurant which does have delicious food but can get better deals and bigger portions at other...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights just before Christmas. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking is available but make sure you reserve a space in advance. Good choice for breakfast. 15 minute walk to the center. Would stay there again.

We stayed in the hotel as part of a large group on a visit to Krakow and the surrounding attractions. Although there were many of us, the hotel staff were attentive to every one. We were checked in quickly and efficiently, and all the party expressed their satisfaction with the 'lovely and clean' rooms, which were also well and comfortably...

I was so glad I chose this hotel. Not only did they accommodate us over Christmas (24-26) when most of Krakow was closed, but they served us breakfast and dinner when it could have been hard to find. The walk was safe to downtown and only took 10-15 minutes. The staff spoke English with us. The room was spacious, pleasant,...

We came here in December of 2016 to see the Krakow Christmas markets and enjoy a bit of Polish vodka! The great thing about this hotel is how close it is to Rynek Główny (the old town). You can be right in the centre of the market square in less than 10 minutes (but make sure you wrap up warm...
