The High Life Hostel is in easy walking distance of Kraków's Rynek (the old town) and the main railway station ( Kraków Główny, which is itself an easy ride from Kraków airport). The hostel is at the top of one of the old tenements (4 flights of stairs, 54 steps, no lift, so not suitable if you have trouble climbing)....

I stayed in Krakow for 2 nights with a friend in early October. Accommodation in the city is generally cheap and there are plenty of options available for a good price but we chose High Life based on mostly positive reviews and we were happy with our choice. We paid extra for a room with a private bathroom and private...

Really great hostel with fantastic staff. For the price that we paid we got an excellent private room with private bathroom that joined with the communal balcony. The girl at reception was brilliant and recommended loads of cool stuff to do and see.

The worsf night in my life. For first there were noises from outside and after that someone decided to make a party in the corridor of the hostel. Walls are thin so I could hear everything. Somebody tried to get into our room few times. All night of screaming , running outside and back(?)...horrible. The hostel rules forbid to be...

Great price with very kind and helpful staff. Got a payment problem with agoda, but the staff asked us to stay calm and help us resolve it. Used a broken shoes from prague trip n zoya (one of the staff) told me to use her sandals. Very nice. Place is nice and clean too. Certainly will revisit when in poland

Truly a great little place, in a perfect location. We had an en suite and a balcony. Real value for money. Don't let a hostel title put you off, short walk from the square so not far from bars and restaurants, small shop over the road for essentials. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit this beautiful...

The High Life has fair prices and is perfect located for people who like day trips and party later at night. The rooms are clean, unfortunately they have really hard beds. You have a table, chairs and wifi. Enough for a stay with friends - nothing for a cheap romantic trip with your girl. The kitchen is good and offers...

Really enjoyed our star at the high life hostel - rooms are big and very clean with tasteful decor. Very helpful - took our postcards to send, do your washing for 20p equiv, only negative would be noise but free earplugs are provided. Would 10/10 recommend and come back!

I booked a twin room with a garden view and added the update that double bed will be required. The staff didn't see my note, but well this may happen. But the worst thing was a terrace. In the photos it looks very well, but believe me, it looks nothing like this. It was not cleaned, looked nothing like in the...

It's always a pleasure to review a good hostel. We had a double room with a shower & toilet privately. No problems- lovely sized room, hot & powerful shower. The lady helped me use the washing machine (5pln with the powder included!! Bargain). Very chic decoration. Tea & food making facilities were great. Easy to dry my clothes too. Felt...
