The best tours you can book at the hotel reception. The easiest way is to write them an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and order whatever you want - they organise everything! They can arrange Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt-Mine combined tour (in one day) but also separately. It's up to you what you prefer.Combined tour takes around 11hours so it's a lil bit exhausting. If you decide to share it into 2 days, Auschwitz takes around 6,5hours, Salt Mine aroung 4hours. Despite these tours, they can also organise Schindler's Factory, Zakopane (Tatra Mountains), Nowa Huta (Communism Tour), In the Foot Steps of John Paul II etc. They can also organise paintball, shooting, quads, laser tag, they sell tickets (concerts, hop-on hop-off, museums etc.). You can order tours earlier by an email and pay after arrival (in cash in PLN-zloty or in euros). The prices are very affordable, travel guides really nice and clever - of course well-speaking English.
we ordered a taxi via hotel (sent them an email), also they organised us a return transfer. the've really nice drivers who know how to drive. it costs 90pln for a smaller car (max 3 pers.) or 110pln for a bigger one.
