Arrived at The Hotel Maksymilian for a 4 night stay 20-3-17. We were greeted at reception by a smiling, cheerful receptionist called Joanna. We were checked in quickly and efficiently, and given details of our Auschwitz and Schindlers Factory tours which I had pre booked. Breakfast is typical continental style and has lots of choice. Restaurant is amazing value for...

We have just returned from spending six nights at this hotel which rose way above our expectations considering it was our first time in Poland. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the room we had (411) was a very good size for the number of nights we stayed. The only disadvantage with this well sized room is that it...

I booked this trip through Travelzoo, however, the advertised hotel was unavailable so the sales advisor recommended the Maksymilian as she had stayed here. So trusting her recommendation I booked a three night break 13-16 March. We had a room on the fourth floor which overlooked the courtyard with no outside noise from trams etc. So pleased I took her...

Pleasant hotel, well situated a few minutes walk from the main square. Staff were always helpful, rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast although didn't eat in the main restaurant as so much choice in the city.
