The hotel is very decent. Everything is convenient literally - meeting, service, decoration of rooms, location of the hotel. A pleasant bonus is the daily replenishment of drinking water in the room. To the royal castle, a leisurely pace of ten minutes. A walk along the river embankment is a real pleasure. Nice view from the window to Wawel Castle...

We spent two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Krakow as it was centrally located for our trip to Auschwitz and trying to find more information regarding family history. The hotel is a few tram stops away from the beautiful city center. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was good and there was plenty to...

We enjoyed our visit. The only thing I would have liked to see is information on how to get out and about using bus and tram service. Station outside back if hotel which I did not see initially. If information was given I would have had confidence to use public transport.

Nice room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom all very clean. Stayed on quieter side facing several tower blocks. Nothing in the way of shops or restaurants in immediate vicinity although you can walk into the town centre within 20 - 25 mins after a days sightseeing in the evening you will probably need to get a taxi costing 20-40...

Staff can't do enough for you. Restaurant food choices are somewhat limited but quality and value for money is very good. Breakfast is excellent for choice and...
