Lovely hotel in a good location. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the bedroom was lovely and the bathroom was very spacious and had a large bath with lovely hot water. The room and bathroom were also very warm. Staff were very nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really liked the décor and the bar is...

The hotel was basic yet extremely clean, the shower was amazing! we were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel on the first floor. The view was of a bustling city centre so that was nice! There was 3 of us staying in the room, the main beds were proper comfy, couldn't...

I stopped here with 2 friends from the 27th - 30th January 2017. I have nothing but good things to say. We stayed here through Escape2Poland, on arrival, having booked 1 single room and 1 double, we were greeted at the reception by an extremely friendly, well spoken, team of people who guided us through the times for breakfast, check...

We stayed in Room 101 this is at the front and we had read other reviews about the noise etc, it was not too bad and for 3 nights not a problem..actually loved the view and people watching from the balcony. Room was clean, tidy and warm. Wifi was perfect and was glad of the tea/coffee making facilities though we...

To be fair we only slept and had one breakfast at the hotel it had everything you need like wifi, tea, coffee, shower, tv and very cheap in price, the location is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the square but gives you an opportunity to take in other parts of the city, the added bonus of the location...

My partner and i stayed for 3 nights over new years eve. The hotel is really central, less than 10mins to the old down and a straight road to it so very easy to find, it's also ten minutes in the opposite direction to the Jewish quarter which is full of lovely restaurants too. It's on a road so trams...

Easy walk into the city from here and on good tram route. However was woken up throughout the night by extreme traffic noise and continual beeping. Rooms are clean and reception staff are good and helpful. Breakfast is very basic and the scrambled egg was cold. Free wifi is good. No lift and no milk provided for your in room...

We spent 5 nights in Krakow as 2 couples and were allocated adjoining rooms on the second floor. We overlooked the main road but this was not a problem as hearing (and feeling) the trams go by added to the pleasure of being near the city centre. We could walk to the main square's Christmas markets in 10 minutes or...

Dear Guest, I am happy to hear you were able to enjoy our great location just a stone’s throw away from Jewish district (Kazimierz) and main square. Also it is good to hear that you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Thank you for sharing your feedback and I hope we will see you again soon. Kind Regards Krzysztof Sadnicki Hotel Manager
