Situated in the vibrant heart of the city, PURO Krakow Kazimierz garners high marks for its spotless accommodations and stylish, modern atmosphere. Guests frequently commend the hotel for its value, citing affordable dining and reasonably priced rooms, despite a few concerns about certain overpriced services. The amenities, including a spa, complimentary bikes, and round-the-clock coffee, are often praised, although some guests would appreciate more storage and firmer pillows.
While the service is generally celebrated for its friendliness and helpfulness, a few visitors have experienced slower restaurant service. The rooms, acclaimed for their contemporary design and technology, can be on the snug side, with occasional functionality and temperature issues. The location, a stone's throw from local attractions, is repeatedly noted for its convenience.

Everything was excellent, and there’s really nothing to complain about! The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless and well-kept, and the 24-hour free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were fantastic extras. The location was perfect, making it easy to park outside without needing to rent a hotel parking space, and everything was conveniently close by.

Beautiful hotel, helpful and friendly staff, great amenities. Would definitely recommend. This hotel is a short ride from the airport, about 20 US dollars via rideshare app. when we checked in it was quick and easy and the person at the desk was able to give us plenty of information about the amenities and the hours things were open. our room was beautiful, very clean, and had a lot of modern technologies like a tablet that controlled everything, heated floors, and a nice shower with two different shower heads. The beds were pretty comfortable, and you can request firmer pillows if the provided softer pillows are too soft (as an American, this was very much appreciated!). The room was a bit warm for us and changing the thermostat didn't do much, but we left the window open all day which helped. Our room was pretty quiet (above the train route), but my sister's room was louder, from the street noise. There is a small gym downstairs which has a few cardio machines, a rack of weights that goes up to 14kg, and a technogym cable machine but unfortunately it was not working. For such a nice hotel I was expecting a slightly better gym but it still did the job. There is also a spa downstairs that has a dry sauna and steam room that you can use for free, as well as some services like massages and facials. My husband and I both had a glow massage but our experience was not great. We both requested strong pressure (they ask you this at the start: light, medium, or strong), and we both received light pressure at best. it was a very underwhelming experience, even though it was relaxing. The food from the restaurant is very tasty (though a bit salty for our taste), in the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen. Yogurt bar, eggs, pancakes, breads, meats, fruit salad, juices, hot foods, coffee bar, fruits, muffins, and more. Would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel. I went with my husband for a weekend without children. What I am most satisfied with is the hotel service - both at the reception, restaurant and spa area. Incredibly friendly, helpful people. Everywhere is clean, and the decor is what I like, i.e. loft style. We were alone in the sauna area most of the time - it was very intimate and we could relax. On the weekend you can use the sauna from 7:00 until 10 p.m. When we arrived early on Sunday, the saunas were heated and ready. The changing room is equipped with towels, flip-flops, additional hygiene accessories and water. The restaurant has delicious food and delicious breakfasts. I especially recommend the avocado toast. I think that a big advantage is also the coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. We will definitely come back. Thank you❤️

Went on a solo trip to Krakow and the hotel far exceeded my expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful, the room was a good size, bed was super comfy and the shower was define. The room has its own WiFi and the TV allows you share your phone screen so I could watch Netflix/prime etc. free coffee/tea station downstairs and the gym and sauna were great. It was about 25 minute walk to the main old town square and 10 minute walk to the train station which you can catch to the airport for around £3! As a solo woman traveller I can’t recommend it enough, I felt safer in Krakow than any place including England, even after dark I never once felt unsafe walking around. The hotel is surrounded by tons on amazing restaurants and the hotel restaurant is great, the vegan dumplings were the best I have ever had! Thanks so much!!!

The PURO is really very conveniently located in the lively Kazimierz district. There are many students, pubs and restaurants and boutiques. The area is not (yet) totally touristy. From the hotel you can reach the market square on foot in a quarter of an hour. The interior is stylish, the rooms sufficiently large. We had a deluxe room facing one of the courtyards. This made it very quiet, only when people were in the courtyard, correspondingly loud. However, the windows close so well that nothing was heard when the windows were closed. The air conditioning system then operates quietly and reliably. The bathroom was good but not overly spacious. Here I would have expected more for a “deluxe” room. The beds are very soft. Since the edges of the mattresses were harder than the middle areas, I suspect that the mattresses have sagged. Anyway, I regularly rolled to the middle and had back pain in the morning. The friendly front office staff then kindly offered us to get another topper on the mattress. It got better with that. Breakfast offers a wide range of goods and cold food, including salad. We really liked it and we would love to come back.

Luggage can be left in locked room on last day. Free safe to use in room, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, bottled water & use of small fridge all supplied. Fab air conditioning along with opening window if you prefer. Soundproof rooms so you get a good nights sleep. Good size room & comfy bed. 24 hour free hot drinks machine.

The Puro Hotel in Krakow Kazimierz district was a great location and fantastic hotel. It is a block to the tram and just a few blocks from the Kazimierz district. We loved that there were bikes to use and when it rained they had us covered with umbrellas. The room was perfect for our needs. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast is top notch. It was also very clean.
Just a few things that we personally didn't like: they need to rethink the pillows as they were very flat and downy. I wish they had a bit more filling to them to make them firmer. Also, the tablet that is used to control the room plugs in near the bed and the camera is facing the bed and cannot be moved. This should have already have some sort of cover on it.

The positive points : Patio, restaurant room, lobby: everything is large and well appointed. Big, big crush on the patio, pleasant during the day but simply magnificent in the evening with the lighting. I felt like I was under a cloud of fireflies. Very nicely decorated and connected room: everything is controlled from a tablet (lighting, television, Wi-Fi, even the indication not to be disturbed). A motion sensor is under the bed, so when you get up in the night a night light automatically turns on in the bathroom to guide your steps through the night. Possibility to choose between classic, hypoallergenic and large pillow. I chose a big pillow and it was really big :-) Very good breakfast. Varied choice and quality products, in particular the breads and pastries produced on site: their croissants compare well with those of Paris. But not enough choice of fruit. We dined in the hotel restaurant and the menu offers typical Polish dishes but revisited, modernized: it is original and very good and the staff is very helpful. The spa (hammam and sauna) is very clean and well organized: everything is provided (bathrobe, towel and slippers). The only negative point: the sole of the slippers is absolutely not suitable for the wet floor of the spa and makes any movement slippery. We asked for a taxi to be booked for us to go to the airport: we were given the choice between putting the fare on our room bill (specifying that there would be an 8% surcharge), or simply book the taxi for us and we paid it directly. I particularly appreciated the honesty and precision of the information given. The only negative point: better sound insulation would be nice. Luckily we were on the top floor. But we can hear very clearly when the guests in the next room make noise and we would have appreciated if the insulation of the walls and the door leading to the corridor was better.

The PURO Krakow Kazimierz never fails to leave me impressed, from the comfortable amenities to the pleasant and professional staff. The restaurant and bar always have delicious options for dining or room service, as well as a delicious breakfast buffet available as an option as well. After staying here 4x in the last two years, I could not more strongly recommend a location in Krakow for comfort and convenient relative to the cost. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

This is a really lovely hotel in a very convenient location just a few minutes from the Jewish quarter under 20 minutes walk direct to the main Square. The hotel itself is very modern with a fantastic bar / Eatery and restaurant. In fact we all agreed that the breakfast offer was the best we had ever experienced as there was just so much range and everything was incredibly tasty. The bar food was tapas style and we also found that delicious. This was the best food we had in Krakow actually so although there are lots of other restaurants around it's good to know you can stay in the hotel if you wish. The in-house bakery sold delicious bread and cakes and the fact that the bar / eatery was permanently busy with people not staying in the hotel shows how high the standard of food and the social areas are. I started off in the classic room which was fine. The rooms are controlled by a tablet so you can change the temperature, lighting, turn on mood lighting etc and also assign room service and room cleaning etc. I was upgraded due to an issue in my room and I found the deluxe much more spacious with some nice extra touches like slippers, underfloor heating in the bathroom and free coffee etc although the coffee wasn't really needed as another benefit of the hotel is free drinks in the foyer, which is a lovely place to sit and watch people come and go before we've set off for your next adventure in Krakow! If feeling energetic, you can even borrow a bike from Reception! The staff were overwhelmingly polite , friendly and we had a fantastic time. This was extremely good value and I would definitely return.
