Stayed here in November for a couple of nights, it is a nice little hotel with friendly reception. Room I stayed was not the biggest but it was good enough with a comfortable bed. Best thing about this hotel is its location as it's very close (5 mins walk) to Old Town Krakow. And I have to mention the little...

This Hotel is in a great location, it does not look much from the outside but it is one of the best city hotels we have stayed in. Great value for money, friendly helpful staff, really nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. You can not ask for more than this hotel provides, it well deserves its star rating.

From when we arrived to the moment we left, majority of staff ensured our stay was amazing and special. Hotel pays attention to detail including excellently stocked (and reasonable) mini bar, lovely bed/towels and a very reasonable bar. Joanne (reception) was very attentive, booking trips and ensuring luggage (on departure) was kept safely for us. Krakow is an amazing city,...

Kossack Hotel is in an excellent position - our Superior room gave us a marvellous view over the Vistula river and Wawel Royal Castle. Excellent breakfast buffet and efficient Receptionist ( Paulina ) booked our trips to the Salt mine and 2 evening concerts. Xmas market ,whilst modest size, had great atmosphere and not as crowded as the Manchester equivalent...

A group of 4 of us stayed in the Kossak Hotel on 25th/26th November. We arrived very late, about 130am as our flight from Stanstead was diverted. The receptionist was so welcoming, she told us there were some food cabins outside the hotel and a 24 hour supermarket, so we bought wine and tortillas and she set an area up...

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The staff are fantastic! If the bar was opened later, it shuts at midnight, I would give an extra mark. Also the breakfast could be better. The location is spot on the hotel itself is decorated really well and it's the last place the bus picks people up for a visit to Auschwitz and...
