We bought 'pakiet dla dwojga' and we are very happy with our stay. It was very romantic, food was amazing and so tasty! Staff is professional and thoughtful. Swimming pool area is fantastic as pool has a bubbles and 'river stream'. You can enjoy your time in Jacuzzi as well. Amazing steam and sauna's rooms. Massages was so nice and relaxing. Room was not too big but we didn't needed bigger. Clean, modern and comfortable. If anyone need a city break this place is the best. Only the interior of hotel could look more modern but it is not going to ruin my opinion about this place.

Hotel Białowieski is located in the Białowieski National Park. I find it interesting that in the hotel is produced the best Stout I've had in Poland. The brewery is so small that all its production is consumed in nearby restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It is about 3 km from the 'centre' of Bialowieza. If you ask for a new room you get a newer room, probably depending on which period you check in. The room itself is nice. But it is not sound proof at all. You have to leave windows open at night because there is no A/C or fan in the room. They don't even have fans to give to you. Really strange if it is hot outside. Breakfast is fine. The pool is nice as well, not too hot there, so it is nice to have a swim inside even if outside it is really warm.

The place is top notch.... clean, spacious and nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant (perhaps the best breakfast buffet we had in Poland), friendly staff (both the reception and the restaurant). Strongly recommend it.

The staff is professional and is supporting. The room are ok, but noise insualtion is not very good. We could hear quite well whart is in the corridor, and also the big karaoke party in the restaurant room until late in the evening. The standard room is large enough, with good bed and good bathroom. Bathrobes are provided. Half board was mandatory for our room. The buffet in the evening is very well organized, with very diverse food and good quality. Same for the breakast. Considering the cost of 500 PLN, we also have to pay for renting bicycle and for the parking. The swiming pool is not for swimming, but is good for fun and the water temperatture is high. Hammam and sauna are state of the art for this type of hotel.

Fantastic place. Super clean and well managed. Nicely designed renovated rooms. Great restaurant. Free wifi. Comfortable beds. Great sleep. Balcony. Friendly professional service. Did not visit the pool but colleagues told me it was very good. Small but important detail. Two plug ins at the bed side table to recharge you gadgets. In many other hotels recharging often becomes a problem

This was a very good hotel for the trip to the forest. It met all of our expectations. Yes, it is a bit old, but generally it was very well run and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They even let me have coffee before the breakfast room opened (which was very important).

The hotel is nice although not located in the center. The rooms and specially the bathrooms are old. The service is nice ( do not be prepared for English speakers) and the breakfast very good. When comparing with other experiences I don't think that at the end is a good value for money taking into account the rooms/ WC status.
