The hotel is nice although not located in the center. The rooms and specially the bathrooms are old. The service is nice ( do not be prepared for English speakers) and the breakfast very good. When comparing with other experiences I don't think that at the end is a good value for money taking into account the rooms/ WC status.

Stayed there over the weekend, got a deal with bikes and dinners (not easy to find a nice restaurant open there off season). One of the coolest spa pools with good sauna - plus they do sort of a sauna treatment in the evenings, relaxing:) No room service and you need to pay separately for parking

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Bialowieski very much and are happy to recommend it. Here are some highlights. Our two level apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and pretty much ideal for a family of four. The personnel was almost unfailingly gracious and ready to help, accommodating some special dietary requests, providing packed lunches, serving with advice and being...

Very nice hotel; the food was very good and the service incomparable - the Spa is perhaps one of the best I've seen in any hotel and the sauna experience at 9pm every evening is a fascinating and enjoyable experience - they gave us free bicycles for our day in the forest and all staff were very pleasant and helpful

Hotel has two types of rooms - old and new. The old ones are below 3 stars standard for sure. I stayed in the new one which was spacious and had well lighted bathroom. With nice robes even. The mattress was comfy and the pillows were really nice. There were some hair on my duvet however... I was so hot...

Hello, thanks for the review. For your information: -old rooms have officially confirmed 3 star standard -new rooms are 4 star quality, although they haven't been certified and are sold as *** -you have a very broad selection of non-fatty foods at the breakfast (cold meat, fish, cheese, dairy products, vegetables etc.)

It was amazing staying in this hotel! It was clean and nice. Our room was in the newer business part and it was wonderful! Especially the bathroom is so cosy and fancy. The restaurant is very good. Swimming pool, jacuzzi in and out and sauna very clean :-) I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a perfect spot for a relaxed weekend. Comfortable rooms, swimming pool and sauna free of charge, great staff, accomodation close to a beautiful forest - everything was nice. Also, there was an amazing breakfast included - food was tasty and healthy, with a wide range of dishes from salads to desserts. Zucchini pancakes is honestly a must!

This was only a short visit for us but was a relaxing and enjoyable one. Firstly I cannot emphasise how amazing the staff were, we were wanting to visit Belarus and they helped with insurance and visa passes. All was done quickly and cheaply. The spa and pool is top class equal to anything in the UK, with a pool...

Good hotel that is located close to the Bialoweza Forest. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent, Polish Buffet style, with a great selection of items, including Polish meats and cakes. They also have good coffee!! The pool and spa us second to none, and perfect to relax in after a day exploring the forest and local...

The only reason we chose to stay in Bialowiecza was because we had a 4am guided tour booked. Therefore our choice of accommodation was limited. I have mixed feelings regarding this hotel but since my expectations were not high it fullfilled our needs on this occasion. Firstly the warm welcome received by the reception staff was exceptional and they were...
