Large hostel. Newly renovated. Large, spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining room. Best location in the city ... in the center of the old town. Worth recommending. You can rent a bike.

It's a hostel for people who party till the next morning. So if you want to get a good quiet sleep, go somewhere else. I stayed there for 3 nights. The first night at 4am someone was trying to open my room (a single room) door twice. Perhaps someone got really drunk and mistaken the room. So make sure you...

The rooms are located on the 3rd floor so you should keep in mind bringing a heavy luggage. The rooms and cleanliness are okay and very basic. There's a small old radio in my room. No breakfast. The view was overlooking a parking lot and a highway. The receptions are friendly. The price was cheap and I booked for a...

We were wandering a long time around the hostel building, because we couldn't see the "Dom Harcerza" text on the wall of the building, it's little blurred. Our...

Dom Harcerza is one of the cheapest places(120 zl a night for a twin room) to stay in the Old Town (actually called the Main Town) of Gdansk if you don't want to stay in a dorm. In terms of facilities it is more like a hostel than a hotel. It is open all year unlike a lot of the...

Dom Harcerza is a guest house , quaint and nothing special to talk home about. Nobody in the hotel speaks English not even the receptionists, all of whom are monolingual. Some of the rooms are over a cinema complex and so beware! Other rooms are located in a medieval tower, some metres away. Huge rooms, tiny tower windows, thick walls...
