We stayed in room 430 - it's top floor, rear side. Without view, because the windows made in sloped ceiling. The room is nice, especially bathroom. Good breakfast. The wi-fi was O.K., no complains. The hotel is situated next to Wenzeslav Square, about 10 minute walk from Old Town. The notice: I booked this hotel via Yeego site, were it... More

We booked this hotel for what I would call a complete bargain considering its location within Prague. As part of our booking we were offered a free transfer from the airport, this was simple to arrange and was just a case of emailing the hotel our flight details. Check in was easy and quick, we also had the delightful added... More

I stayed here and the hotel was just fantastic. After floating around Europe, getting to this hotel and this room, it was like staying in a mansion. It was large, clean, affordable, and everyone was so nice. The area is lively, and there is so much to do. Everything was in walking distance! Great breakfast, such a great experience. I... More

Returned from a weekend break in Prague yesterday and we chose to stay at the Majestic Plaza as it was fairly central and I do have mobility problems so it made travelling around the City that much easier. Hotel is fantastic, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. They even organised taxis and an Old Town... More

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, Monday to Friday, only booked last minute, rooms OK, with nice bathroom, but no blinds, only a net curtain on window, so visible from rooms above. Breakfast good, staff really helpful and efficient too. Good location just off Wenceslas Square, with some nearby bars that were very good. Arranged transfer from airport with... More

Out of 100s of hotels in Prague this one will be clean, have courteous staff and if you're keen then fork out for a deluxe room for an unbeatable view of Peague castle. Only downfall was poor noise insulation in the room, but I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful, try the hotel restaurant (with your discount) for... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
