Let's get the negative out of the way first: the Michael Hotel is not one of those in-the-heart-of-Prague places where all the attractions are a few steps from your door. Rather, it is in a quiet suburb south of the city, a 20-minute tram ride from the Old Town. However, as long as you are willing to accept that inconvenience,...

It is rated as a 4 star hotel, i wouldn't say so. Staff is not the best with english, room realy basic, breakfast so so.. only thing I liked is the location, green and quiet area, but for those who'd like to be in the walking distance from center not a good choice. And we also had bad luck-trams didn't...

This hotel has the feel of an 80s era university residence. Small room, single bed, quite worn carpet in room. Bathroom had good water pressure in shower. Location is mix industrial, residential on outskirts of city. Quiet at night. 25 minute drive into old part of Prague (used convenience of Uber). Others say 20 minute train ride but I didn't...

Clean, friendly and good value. Perhaps those that complain that it's not for those without a car should either do more research before booking or get fit! It's a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and a 20 minute tram ride into town. Your car is safely parked and if you did take it into the City you would...

LOCATION: if you have not your own car, forget to stay at this hotel. It’s far from the old town and touristic area, the public transportation is not so good, therefore you cannot reach to city center easily. The nearest tram station is about 20 minutes by walk. The hotel situated on top of the hill and you are mostly...

I am very reluctant to make adverse comments about any bussiness but I surely hope this one prevents other guests being misstreated in the same way and makes this Hotel personel improve their service.. I am baffled at the dismissive and unfriendly treatment in this hotel. We arrived late around a quarter to ten pm. and very hungry from a...

The hotel is great. It is placed in a quiet area, easily accessible. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Outside is a terrace and a garden with a playground for kids. Breakfast was excellent. Several kinds of hot and cold dishes.

We stayed in this hotel in august 2015. The hotel is nice and cosy, big rooms and good breakfast, but it is not a 4 stars hotel.there is no AC , toilet is very small and there was no place to put our bath stuff. The hotel offers free wifi and free parking.

We booked a week's holiday to Prague the day before we travelled leaving us a choice of 2 hotels. This one was about 7km south of centre the alternate being a boat hotel. We found the Accomodation to be 3 star but the service at least 4 star. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was reluctant to eat at such...
