My husband surprised me with a trip to Prague for my birthday and this hotel...Wow! From the minute we walked in the door, the hospitality and customer service was top notch. Super accommodating and helpful staff. We were also supplied with a glass of wine during check in. The breakfast buffet was great, with deli meats and cheeses, cereal, yogurt... More

We spent three nights here and it was just perfect. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room with a view of the castle and it was lovely. We were greeted with a welcome drink and had top notch service throughout our stay. It is a great location too, just a short walk from... More

Very accommodating and helpful staff. They made sure our visit was great - parked our car, unloaded luggage and treated our little ones like family. It was a very enjoyable experience. Our room was nice - will lots of space and a modern bathroom.

Stayed here last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, well fitted with lots of modern imaginative touches. The rooms were clean and well serviced. The breakfasts were good with a wide variety of produce. Would strongly recommend a visit. If you ring directly you may get a discounted rate.

I am lost for words. What a wonderful hotel. The hospitality was amazing. The manager, Marie, left no stone unturned to make our stay the best possible. From sitting us in the lounge and giving us champagne whilst we filled out paperwork, to arranging anything we wanted. With just as friendly assistance from Viktor and Martin you cpould truly not... It's all in the title. The room was small but very modern. I'd stay there again in a second. The location is only a few minutes' walk from the Charles Bridge and is in the shadow of the Prague Castle. Although inside the hotel is modern it is in a beautiful old building on a quiet street, away from the... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
