The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the main attraction, the Prague castle, the Charles bridge, the astronomical clock, old town, the jewish cemetery and the head of Kafka. The room had all the basics including a small safe. The red carpet is an interesting feature af the room. People were really nice and corteous. If you... More

This hotel is situated in a perfect place for first time visitors to Prague - centrally located, a short walk from the major tourist spots and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. However, there is nothing 4 star about it, except perhaps the thick carpets. The rooms have a distinctly 'hostel' feel about them. Extremely hard mattresses, single... More

Hotel is in really good location in central Prague for visiting the Old Square, Charles Bridge etc. Narodni metro is 5 minutes walk away and everything is easily accessible by foot. Hotel not 4* standard but is clean, rooms fine if all you want is a bed for the night, no tea/coffee facilities in room. Shower good. Breakfast fine but... More

This hotel was great for the location as it was situated right next to everything you needed. It had taken us 10 minutes or even less to get to the famous town square where you can see everything and eat pretty much anything as there was lots to choose from. The room itself was quite small but perfect if you're... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
