On arriving in Vysehrad we were a little disappointed on the exterior of the building. Nothing glamourous -just a little plaque indicating we were in fact standing outside the correct hotel. But on entering the building we were pleasantly surprised. The bedroom was very clean and cosy. Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgable on the local attractions. Breakfast was...

Stayed two night on business trip. I stay at many impersonal hotels over the years, it was so pleasing to find the most genuine, friendly, and helpful staff you could ever ask for. Nothing was too much trouble. At the time I visited, the hotel was only doing Breakfast due to this being the very quiet season, however there is...

We have stayed there for two nights, but that is not the hotel. To be honest there is rather nice inside, but the service.... In spite of the fact, in our reservation we asked for a bed for our kid, it was not there. It was really complicated to gain it. In the corridors there were always buckets, vacuum cleaners...

What can I say, service was fantastic from the off, I was given a choice of rooms, one large and one small (that's never happened before), staff were more than happy to speak English, incredibly helpful, even lending me money to catch the tram, cleaned the rooms to a very high standard and breakfast was great. Service was what topped...

We spent three days here on a vacation through central Europe. We tried to find the hotel on our own, and wound up getting lost a couple times, so definitely ask for specific directions when you get into town. Once we got the hang of it, though, the location is very convenient and it is very easy to catch a...

Regarding the price we payed, we were more than satisfied with the room and the service the hotel offers. I would especially like to emphasize the positive outgoing and caring attitude of the good looking girls working at the reception. Pragues as well as the hotel itself exceeded our excpectations and we enjoyed our trip to the fullest.

Shower did not drain, we asked for new room and at first were offered to take shower in room next door but as my wife insisted we were given a larger room on another floor. There the bathroom has seen better times, wooden...

We deeply regret we could not meet the expectations of our guest, Mr. G... (I am calling the gentleman this way to protect his privacy - no disrespect intended of course), and are looking carefully into the issues mentioned in the review. There are a few things I would like to clarify though: 1. Mr. G has booked the smaller...

We enjoyed a very clean, elegant room in a nicely appointed hotel with a PC we were free to use in our room. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were quite helpful and proficient in English. We stayed in the King Charles after a few days in Paris and were very impressed with the quality of the...
