1. Location. It's right near the Charles Bridge. Walking distance to Prague Castle, central market, great restaurants, etc. 2. Beer. It makes its own beer and locals seem to love the place. 3. Huge Rooms. The rooms are huge and nice. Bathrooms are modern and very clean. 4. Value. Great prices. 5. Breakfast is Included. Cold and hot items included...

I'm not sure what the food is like but judging by how many local people where eating here I would guess it is pretty good, but I can comment on the beer and that is excellent! If you are looking for a her that the locals drink at, I recommend here.

The room was massive and had a cool decorative feel. The bar downstairs was full and a great place to grab a beer. Thankfully the room was soundproof enough that we didn't hear the party continue on after we called it a night.

Excellent location, excellent family room. The best place to stay. It is in an excellent location. The family room very well adapted, big, independent areas,... The breakfast on Sundays at last time of timetable would need improvement. EXCELLENT PLACE AND LOCATION

Very nice room, wonderful bed. Bathroom was not very big, but quit well. The only thing of critic is the place of the showertop (in the corner). The reception was very helpfull. Breakfast was very good. There is an Inn on the basement, but there is no rumour at all upstairs, only a bit of a smell from the kitchen....

Really likeable inn/hotel with an old world feel to it and plenty of charisma; not to mention great food in the bar downstairs. My wife and I stayed 4 nights here and it grew on us with each passing day, especially the huge living room. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you but in terms of...

The inn was charming, and the food was delicious. The location was walk-able to any of Prague's attractions. The highlight of our time in Prague was the beer tour with Lukas that we booked with our reservation through the hotel. He took us to taverns around town where the locals go. We were taught how to pour from the Czech...

We get there with my wife and sister-in-law for a rest and relaxation week-end in Prague. We stayed only one night. The girl at the front desk was kind, no problem at all here. The room (for 4 people) was really huge. You can see in on the photos. But in reality it's even better. No luxury, but every part...

Very nice, clean, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff, above average breakfast, busy pub, great beer and perfect location. A variety of restaurants close by, less than a minute from Charles bridge. One of our favourite places on our 7 week European trip. No hesitation in recommending. Very nice staff in next door restaurant too!

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
