Grandium Hotel Prague is often celebrated for its pristine and contemporary vibe, with guests enjoying the clean, comfortable rooms and the inviting lobby bar. The hotel's location is a highlight, situated within easy reach of Prague's top sights, which guests appreciate. While the service generally receives high marks for professionalism, there have been isolated reports of less satisfactory encounters. The array of amenities, especially the expansive breakfast options, adds to the hotel's appeal, although opinions on value and room noise level vary among visitors.

We arrived at the hotel really early (they were still serving breakfast!) due to early morning flights but this was not a problem as the concierge took our luggage to a secure room which they brought to our room once it was ready. Check in was smooth and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were an adequate size and were very clean with toiletries, slippers and robes all supplied. The maids cleaned the rooms and replenished towels daily. The bed was super comfy and we had extra pillows as requested.
Breakfast was fantastic! We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or healthy beet juice and it was self service hot and cold buffet style. The omelettes and waffles are delicious and cooked fresh at the station. There is also a pianist playing subtly in the corner. We can't comment on the evening meals as we didnt eat there but the menu looked lovely and was reasonably priced.
The lobby area was spacious with plenty of seating and toilets were clean. The bar was well stocked and modern and great for a quiet relaxing drink although it wasnt very big.
The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minute walk to Wenceslas square and 10 or 15 minute walk to the old town square. We bought a shop on hop off bus ticket for 2 days which included a free boat trip and a tour around the castle, we just gave the guide a tip.
Prague is a beautiful city and we would without doubt stay here again if we return. Thank you Grandium for a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great hotel and was great value for money! My sister and I stayed for 2 nights to see Prague. It is in a great location down a quiet street and only a short walk to the old town where the Astronomical clock is. The lobby and communal areas are immaculate. There were lots of different lifts only going to certain rooms so we had to ask how to get to ours, if you manage to get to your room without asking someone then well done! The room itself was modern, clean and tidy and the bathroom was high quality and spotless. We were provided with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, hairdryer, air con, dressing gowns and the bathroom was filled with complementary shower gel, moisturiser and hand wash. There was also complimentary l'occitane shampoo and conditioner. We also had the breakfast on 2 occasions included in the price of the hotel and I have never seen so much choice! There was everything there you could ever want plus staff cooking waffles and omelettes fresh to order. We pre-booked their concierge service for airport transfers. I did this via email about a week before we arrived, it cost 1400 CKZ for both ways and we paid this when we checked out. They also organized transport to the zoo when we asked about a taxi, this cost 450 CKZ each way. We were both impressed with how nice this hotel was for the price, there was nothing we would change except bigger cups for tea ☕ I would highly recommend stopping here and would definitely stop here again if I ever returned to Prague.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 7th floor was spacious, quiet, comfortable and complete with a table and two chairs. Staff replenished tea, coffee and milk on every day of our four night stay. Everything was beautifully clean with real attention to detail - bathrobes and slippers a much appreciated touch after long days sightseeing! This was a great location within easy walking distance of the main railway station and all central tourist attractions. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh hot and cold food available (great omelettes to order), and we even enjoyed live piano music on Wednesday morning!

My friend and I visited Prague for the first time, having booked our four night deal through lastminute.com. We stayed at the Grandium. On arrival we were allocated a classic double room. We asked for a twin but we were informed there were no twin rooms available until the next day, when one would be allocated to us. It never was. However, this did not detract from our stay, as we had a huge comfortable king bed. The room had everything you would expect, a mini bar which we didnt use, safe, black out curtains, daily maid service, and tea/coffee making facilities. We did have to ask every day at reception for our tea and coffee to be topped up as this was never done. Not really any inconvenience. Staff brought it to our room quickly.

Bathroom was spacious, hairdryer, lovely toiletries, and L´Occitane cosmetics.

They have happy hour in the bar from 4pm until 7pm, and very helpful, friendly bar staff.

All the staff were welcoming, professional and very helpful, especially Concierge Vaclav. He gave us some very helpful tips on the best places to see, and the best way to explore Prague.

Breakfast was exceptional with a great choice for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the waffle station!!!

Highly recommend the Grandium Hotel, and I hope to return with my family very soon.

Had a great stay at this hotel, rooms are large and clean, the breakfast selection was awesome (although they run out of muffins quickly) and there is a chef there who will make omelettes fresh for you. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to most of the things you would want to see as a tourist.

I also had some drinks at the bar which is nice but it's a shame that it is so small when the rest of the hotel is so big.

I had a massage in the spa too which was good (some of the other reviews seemed a bit harsh)

All staff were friendly, the porters and the young man at reception particularly so :)

thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed here for three nights while visiting the wonderful Christmas markets. The hotel is modern and in a fantastic, very central location - just one street away from Wenceslas Square / the main shopping street and a 10-15 minute walk to the gorgeous Old Town Square.

Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely quiet so we slept well and then enjoyed an excellent breakfast - lots of choice, including fresh omelettes and waffles and a glass of bubbles on arrival! Our room had robes and slippers which were appreciated after a long day of sightseeing!

We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant but we did enjoy a delicious traditional Czech meal in the bar directly opposite the hotel. However the hotel bar was also great, we had a few glasses of fizz and complimentary crisps during happy hour!

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Grandium Prague.

Hotel is in a great location, very close to restaurants, bars, nightclubs and the Old Town, all within easy walking distance but hotel is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep! We stayed in the Grandium Suite (as we were celebrating a special occasion) and it is of a very good size. If you're looking to treat yourself with an upgrade I would recommend booking this suite. It had a large lounge area, walk in wardrobe, separate bath & shower, its own fridge and offers tea/coffee making facilities which were appreciated. Desk staff were friendly and super helpful and they helped me make a couple of restaurant reservations. Hotel was clean throughout.

The breakfast (served 06:30 - 10:30) was very good but there could have been a bit more variety if I was being critical but there is something there for everyone. The fresh omelette station was a hit, there was a bit of a queue for it but not too bad.

The only negative point would be the bar - which closes rather early for a hotel of this size we felt. There is a small bar area near the entrance which had happy hour 4-7pm (selected drinks were half price) which had a lovely atmosphere and a lovely way to start our evening. This bar was closed when we returned around midnight looking for a nightcap. There is a larger bar in the middle of the hotel (where breakfast is served in the morning) but it was very quiet and not as atmospheric each time we visited.

If you're looking to eat I would HIGHLY recommend the Spejle Bistro which is less than a 5 min walk from the hotel. It is based on a tapas concept where you pay 33 CZK (about £1) for a small dish. you help yourself to as many dishes as you want and pay by the 'stick', a great way to try different dishes! It's busy so book in advance.

If arriving into Prague by plane, I would recommend getting an Uber from/to the airport, it's very easy and much cheaper.

Hotel provide a secure storage area for your luggage should you arrive early or want to leave later. You are issued with a ticket for your luggage and only staff enter the luggage area. We used this facility with no issues.

All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and I would stay here again. Thank you Grandium Hotel!

An excellent choice for a trip to Prague. Very high standards of service from all staff, right from the reception team, to the restaurant staff.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms and beds very comfortable indeed.
The location is perfect- near all the main sites, as well as close to public transport (Metro station just round the corner) and a wide selection of eateries.
The hotel offers lovely little courtesy touches, such as a choice of a complementary glass of sparkling wine or a health drink (for example, a wheatgrass shot) at breakfast. There are also little L’Occitane products in room on arrival. Little touches such as these were really lovely and helped enhance our stay.
I recommend this hotel highly and we will definitely stay here in future when visiting Prague.

Just back from 3 nights at the Grandium Prague and I would recommend this hotel. The location is very handy to the main shopping and tourist areas and it is spotlessly clean. The main foyer is beautiful with all the glass features and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty to choose from including very tasty omelettes and waffles, everything was spotless and very well run.
Unfortunately the hotel bar was not such a good experience, the barman and waitress were so rude to the point we didn’t feel welcome! It is a shame such a wonderful hotel can be let down by a few of their staff, the barman actually told us they would appreciate tips! We were paying with card for our drinks but did intend to leave a cash tip when we finished our drinks. The waitress was equally as rude, a bit of training on how to be pleasant to customers might be useful!

There are a lot of options in Prague, including AirBnB options however we were extremely impressed by what we experienced at Grandium Prague. First the price - the value of money is superb. Reception is very friendly and efficient, rooms are very well appointed, location is relatively central and nicely located on the edge of the old town, but very close to the train and subway station. Plenty of excellent food options and restaurant around too.

What impresses us most was the breakfast spread, after weeks of travelling in Europe with most included breakfast being limited or light, the breakfast that’s available to us at Grandium was simply glorious!

Will definitely stay again at Grandium. We don’t really need to look elsewhere..
