Excellent hotel located in the heart of old town prague. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Top value for money. Walking distance to some of the best tourist sites, bars and restaurants. It has a indoor courtyard where you can enjoy a nice meal washed down with a Czech beer

The pension is perfectly located in the old quarter. You can explore all major sightseeing spots by walking. Restaurants and bars are all around. Rooms to the street can be noisy at night due to people on the street. Rooms to the courtyard are also nice. There should be some maintenance of the interior and bathrooms.

We were 2 couples staying in rooms 5 and 9 last week and were very happy with our spacious bedrooms. Bathrooms were also fine. Breakfast certainly wasn't anything fancy but okay. It is an old building so be aware.Great location

My single room was supposed to have a refrigerator and seating area, instead I was given a loft room upstairs and reached by a ladder, although owner did carry up a chair for me and offered to carry up a fridge, five metres outside and I was on the passage to Charles bridge and Old Town Square with that clock. Ten minute walk to Mustek metro station and 3 stops to Florence train and bus station Restaurant meals available and buffet breakfast. My room was a bit noisy early on in the night as it was over the outdoor bar area

We 've made a reservation without cancellation insurance, about 30 euros difference. That was our biggest mistake. We pre - payed, but due to unexpected pregnancy, we won't be able to travel at the specific dates. We informed them about two months before the trip, but they didn't agree to refund even a piece, a part of the prepaid amount. In spite of that, they insisted on finding a couple of friends to go there instead of us. Hilarious, unacceptable and cruel, not to think of another word, for thirty euros. I wouldn't recommend this kind of service to any traveller.
