Reception was rude, shared bathroom (we assumed otherwise), no tv, pretty far from city centre, ants all through out the room/walls/beds. Good wifi connection, trams close by, yummy and well priced restaurant on the ground floor of hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I recommend this hotel as a good price/quality ratio. Hotel employees are not pleasant and have usually unfriendly attitude. There is available a big parking which is a huge advantage in Prague for anyone traveling by car.

Does everything well. Clean, quiet, close to tram and some good bars and restaurants, excellent staff, all electronics available. The restaurant is also fine, and has a bar with a reasonable assortment of drinks. Large breakfast with cooked components. Definitely recommended.

It was first our first visit to Prague, I was bit scarred before booking a nice hotel with in budget. But Extol Inn made our stay very relaxing , Staff was very friendly and helping to suggest the places and right transport. Cleanliness was great and room was cozy. The breakfast was good but less options for people who don't...

We stayed at the Extol Inn for five days. Service was fine, breakfast and food at the restaurant were ok at best. Hotel is close to the tram (which goes directly to charles bridge, or close to Old Town). Room was clean and ok in size. Noise from outside wasn't noticeable. We shared our bathroom with two other rooms -...

Our company moved office in Prague to part of Prague, where is this hotel. Because hotel is approx 5 minutes in walking distance, I've decided for this one. Hotel is situated in the block of buildings. Arriving by car means you have to get out of car, ring bell on reception and tell them name of reservation, parking place is...

Extol Inn is a clean, simple, budget place to stay when visiting Prague. The location isn’t great in terms of quick accessibility to the old city, but there are tram and bus stops close by. The breakfast is descent, and there were no problems with having a shared bathroom. Next time, I would opt to stay closer to the heart...

Lots of complaints. Most of the staff doesn't speak English and some of them were rude. My room wasn't good. The carpet is old and dirty. The curtains didn't block the brightness at all. They don't change the towels AND the towels were very small. They didn't even clean the toilet, which had a not pleasant smell. My husband is...

I've stayed here a few times. It's not in the centre of Prague but has good tram connections and the metro isn't too far away. Rooms are clean and quiet and you get a great breakfast included. Excellent coffee. The single room I stayed in had a shared bathroom in the same set of rooms. Security seemed excellent and there's...

The location of the hotel isn't great if you want to be in the heart of the town however the number 14 tram takes you straight into town. The hotel is very basic. We had a twin room and a triple room. Both rooms were big with enough space. The beds were ok however the pillows are very flat. Whilst...
