Just about to leave from our 4 day trip the hotel is fantastic staff very pleasant and welcoming? Very very clean? rooms are great toiletries are provided also a hair dryer and a safe. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Beds comfortable with 2 pillows very warm in the room able to open the window. Can hear others coming back in from a night out but floors are tiled but didn't hear much of this. Breakfast was buffet style with bread, rolls jam etc sausage bacon and med style breakfast available also pastries. Coffee machine tea juices another bonus was the orange juice is fresh not concentrated Gym and sauna available (charge for sauna). Free wifi Location is another bonus tram stops near hotel you can walk into Old Town which takes around 15 mins? We purchased a 72 hour transport ticket from the train station £25.00 for 2 adults which we used day and night used the citymapper app to get around great once you get the hang of it still did on average 35000 steps a day 😀 Definitely book for the medieval night and just up the road from the hotel was a burger joint meat vandals best street food I've had in ages We had a Fabulous time and seen all the sights in our 4 days but would definitely recommend this hotel 🏨 We arrived early and were able to leave our bags till check in also late flight back and again able to leave the bags and wait for our transfer to the airport so another thank you for this xx

Strong points are: location, close to the metro and tram, if you want to walk in about 15/20 minutes you can reach Charles Bridge and all the main attractions. Breakfast top notch! They range from savory to sweet, the hot drinks are dispensed by a machine but I assure you that the cappuccino even comes out with cream, very good. Quite spacious double room, with two desks where you can put your stuff, we took an offer on booking. Negative points: absolutely unwelcoming staff, not very available to help you if you had any needs, we happened to have a problem with the TV channels and despite having reported it no one ever came to solve it, you pay for your stay in advance and from there on then they forget that you exist, even the lady who welcomed us at the reception didn't even greet us upon arrival, immediately asking us for our documents. For me this is enough to give three dots instead of 4, another thing, from the bathroom of the room came a strong smell of sewage which accompanied us throughout our stay. I would stay here again just for the location

Michael was exceptional given he only recently joined. He was very welcoming and his customer skills were next to none.
Aisha (I doubt this is her real name), another colleague doing the night shift, on the other hand was dreadful. Customer skills were non existent and her attitude was abysmal. On one occasion i was reminded to use my card to open the entrance door in a condescending manner as if I disturbed her personal time.
On another occasion I came downstairs to get toilet roll. Again, she just ushered me to another colleague to get what i requested whilst she was on her mobile phone. The final straw was asking for water. The time displayed for the hotel bar for Sunday is 16:00 -00:00. Nobody was at the bar when I left to go out and when I came back around 11:45pm. I kindly asked for water to a response of “the bar is closed and they are separate from the hotel. So there is nothing I can do. She then said “you can walk to the mini market or get tap water in the toilet”. Her response was not helpful; she couldn’t fathom how to deal with confrontation and de-escalate. Utterly unwelcoming and gives the impression of not wanting to be there. Along with this she began mumbling words in Czech that we could not understand, when asked what she was saying she said “don’t worry”. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and my partner.

The hotel is located just outside the absolute center, about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Charles Bridge and Gamla Stan. Easy to get there by car, however difficult to find a temporary parking space when checking in. We arrived on a Sunday around 11am. We were too early for check-in but a nice lady at the reception let us park the car in the hotel garage right away, the garage was booked in advance. Very narrow driveway to the garage, we had to fold in the rear view mirrors on our Volvo V70 to get in. A stop and ticket machine for the tram are located approx. 25 meters from the hotel entrance.
Nice staff even overall. Clean and tidy room. Even good flow in the drain in the bathtub, which is not common in hotels abroad. The negative about the room was that there was no English language TV channel (not that we found anyway). And as in most hotels, a shoe horn is missing.
The breakfast was very basic but tasted good, but there were many different kinds of cakes. A tip for the hotel management: Get tray trolleys, the staff have to work hard to get the dishes out. A bowl on each table for rubbish is also not wrong, there is a lot of packaging at a breakfast.
This is a hotel that we can very well imagine coming back to.

Room was very spacious and comfortable and had a lot of closet/storage space. Rooms do have a safe for valuables and a mini fridge. Front door is secured/locked and can be opened with hotel key. Trams are a few minutes walk. Hotel is about 5 minute walk north of the Dancing House. We got to hotel before check in time, and they were able to store it in a locked closet. They do have a breakfast option (but was not included in priceline.com pricing.). Wifi was a little slow, but we truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again

Large spacious rooms. Ours had a shower toilet bidet. Kettle and cups and tea bags. We went to the local Albert Supermarket 0.4 miles away and bought milk, oat milk and coffee for the room. Breakfast had lots of choice. Hotel staff very friendly and lovely little bar too. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town so great location. Large beds, fluffy pillows, warm room with a balcony. Very clean. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner replenished daily.

We visited in early October. This hotel is well positioned on the edge of the main area. All the staff were pleasant and helpful providing advice and booking local attractions for us. The hotel is clean but a little tired especially in the bathroom area. It advertises tea and coffee making facilities but only provided one tea bag per day. No coffee or milk.
The breakfast menu was also limited. The opening hours for the bar were limited with staff who were not very knowledgeable, often resulting in wrong measures and long waits.
The hotel is as advertised as a 4 star where in reality it has no more than 3 star facilities.

This hotel is in a great location for wherever you want to go to in Prague and is an easy flat walk to town. It is also easy to catch trams nearby to go up to the castle if you don't want to walk. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety and some fun working out the espresso machine which the friendly staff were happily to do. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist on our leaving day, and we were able to store our luggage and come back for a rest in the quiet seating area before our pick up for the airport. The rooms were large and comfortable. There is a good Artic Bakery a couple of doors away which we used for snacks and hot chocolate. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

We stayed in a superior double room (304) located at the front of the hotel. We had read on previous reviews that it could be noisy but we did not find this. The bed was huge, probably a super king. It was comfortable enough. Bathroom was nice a clean with plenty of complementary toiletries. The room had a fridge, hairdryer, kettle and tea bags. No milk or coffee but I’m sure if you ask they will find some. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. Shower was over a bath and was of good standard, plenty of hot water.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice of hot and cold food.
We didn’t use public transport as we walked everywhere. The city is easily walkable to most places. There is a tram stop close by the hotel and the trams run up and down the main road outside the hotel.
Staff at the hotel are pleasant especially the staff who are on breakfast duties. We didn’t have many dealings with any other staff so can’t comment.
Overall a great hotel in a good location.

I stayed here with some family for 4 nights. Staff here are brilliant at what they do and always available to help. We had a couple of issues in our room regarding the safe and toilet seat but they were very quickly resolved.
We had breakfast at the hotel every day and there was wide selection of hot and cold foods. I’m a fussy eater but found something to have for breakfast every day.
The hotel is right down the road from the Dancing House and over the road from the Umbrella Hanging Man and Woman. It is also easy to walk 10/15 mins to Charles Bridge or the Square to find the Clock. Or very close to Tram connections.
I would stay here again if I visit Prague again.
