This small residence is really great if you like places that are interesting and a bit unusual. The rooms are clean and spacious with large screen televisions, fantastically comfortable beds, a sofa and a fridge. They're not the most modern but we had a mural on the wall, how great is that? Breakfast was fine, plenty to eat and excellent...

Not quite as advertised. Booked through Booking. Photo showed 1 large and 1 small bed with frames. In reality, the 2nd bed was unusable. It was uncomfortable, unsteady, and very, very creaky. It felt like an afterthought, hidden behind the couch which was subsequently where our friend chose to sleep. It's a nice and very large apartment in the heart...

Second visit to Prague... first (and last) visit to 7 Angels. Our stay at 7 Angels was okay, but really, our room was not so nice. Saggy mattress and lumpy pillows. Gloomy draperies that didn't open/close properly. Bathroom was not so great and it's door wouldn't close properly unless you tugged hard on it. Nothing available in room like coffee....

Walked in early after checking four other places... for 200 K each we got endless pastries, excellent chocolate granola, eggs to order with sausage and - best of all - endless coffee... not the used motor oil stuff in tiny little cups but real coffee... all you want,,, can't speak to the lodging, we weren't staying at the hotel but...

We stayed for 4 nights. Location is perfect. It's right in the centre and walking distance to everything. There's no noise during the night. Bathroom was clean at arrival, but only towels were changed during over stay. The bed didn't get made, toilet not cleaned and used glasses didn't get changed or cleaned. One lamp didn't work, satellite receiver couldn't...

We took an apartment rather than hotel room as we wanted twin beds. The apartment was enormous and while the chairs, tables and carpets had seen better days, the bathroom was modern and spotless. The atmosphere was wonderfully old world and because of its situation around an inner courtyard extremely quiet. Best of all it's in the heart of the...

Extremely disappointed. After reading some good reviews I booked this place. Our room was significantly substandard. Suffice to say there is no picture of room 7 on the advertising I saw (cracked glass-top coffee table stuck together with sticky tape, air-con unit held together with duct tape, chipped & paint peeling off walls, clothes-washer broken, shower-hose spraying water out of...

Super charming!!! Old world style. It's not fancy and modern but unique. Location is less than 2 blocks from Tower square but rooms are in the back in a courtyard, so super quiet! Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. You really can't beat the price for the location. Some wrote it was hard to find. Yes not obvious since...

Rooms: dirty and stinky. (All furniture, carpets, and everything else is VERY old and look and feels like is going to fall apart. Many things do not function properly or at all, e.g. air-vent in the toilet does not work). Breakfast: disgusting (small choice, bad quality of food (e.g. no juice, only some cheap juicy drink, no real coffee, very...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
