Hotel is located at the very historical center of Prague. A lot of to see nearby. Very welcoming service at the reception. Room was large, clean and equipped with stylish vintage furniture. Nice bathroom with a bath. Good wifi signal. Great breakfast with good coffee and tea selection. Overall very good impression.

We stayed here for 7 nights in March. Having travelled from Australia, it was refreshing to stay in a building with so much character and history. The room was enormous and had beautiful timber floors, a grand bathroom and a light airy feel. The heating worked well and kept us nice and toasty. Breakfast was also a highlight with good...

It somehow reflect the true spirit of the old town of Prague as it is a well preserved part of it. Location cannot be better to explore the old town with all its sights and typical restaurants. Great food and excellent beer available everywhere in an amazing atmosphere and by international standards at very attractive prices. For some people it...

Lovely old building and very helpful staff. My room faced Celetna Street and was noisy at night. Ask for a courtyard room. No elevator but again helpful staff. Nice coffee and sweet shop on the ground floor. Liquor too.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Prague midweek. As we were travelling with my 85 year old mother, we needed a very central location so that she could walk to all the main sights. It is a lovely, very European hotel with super high ceilings and a very Central European feel. The ceilings in the rooms are super high...

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is in a brilliant location in the old town- you couldn't ask for a more convenient location to explore the city. Lovely hotel with large rooms and good facilities, very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. All public areas and rooms were very clean and well presented. Fridge...

I visited the hotel with my husband in January. We stayed there for three nights and wished we had had more nights in the hotel! Our room was room number 5. It had a nice double bed in a large room, and it had a small jacuzzi in the bathroom! So romantic! The staff was super friendly and the room...

We stayed in this hotel for our winter honeymoon and it's safe to say that it was the best decision we made for our stay in Prague. Located in the heart of the Old Town, the hotel is mere seconds away from the Old Town Square. Shops are restaurants are a plenty as well as major landmarks such as the...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
