My friend and I stayed here for one night in September (both girls). From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and the staff member at the front desk, suggested two traditional Czech places to eat. We took on board one of his suggestions, and seriously I am still craving that sauce two months later. It was excellent. The hostel...

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and It was a great experience! After reserving beds online i was sent detailed information about how to get to the hostel from the airport. Upon arriving my friends and I were warmly welcomed by the best reception attendant (Paul!) he sorted out our beds from us, told us about the...

I am right here on my 2nd night and is the same as last nigth... very dificult sleep because the dorm (16 beds) is beside the Reception and there is people laughing and screaming. There is not a silent hour or something. So... be aware of that if you need to sleep and wake up early the next day. :(

Such a lovely little hostel. The staff are so helpful - we had much better advice from them about places to eat, visit and explore than we did at tourist information desks. There is a lovely atmosphere as the hostel is quite small - the communal kitchen and living room are so friendly. I think this would be a top...

Very small hostel, which has been made to seem more trendy, with bold colours and unusual wall art. The dorm I was staying in was a very small room which was packed with bunk beds and lockers. I was fortunate to get a decant size locker - another were not lucky and instead had there backpacked all over the room....

As my flight was very delayed, nothing was too much trouble to assist me with as they helped moved my shuttle and arrival time. Clean, nice chill area, nice breakfast. Showers were hot and everyone is allocated a locker in their room - which is nice touch. Very central and around a few brs so it is a great location.

George and Luke were amazing staff. Insist that you make yourself at home and go out of their way to help you and so funny. The atmosphere is amazing. Free breakfast and tea, coffee all the time. Kitchen can be cooked in and the shower and toilets are as you would expect. A querky environment and it is the only...

The hostel has a great location, five minutes walking distance to the Old Town Square. The staff is is very friendly and helpful! It's nice that they offer breakfast. Great living areas with beautifully painted walls. The weather in Prague was hot and our room was a bit hot too during the evening. I would definitely return!

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
