There isn't a reception which makes it problematic if you have a crisis like in our case where the wifi isn't working. The lady however helped us find our way to the airport. There is someone there till 1:30pm.

I am not going to pretend that this is the most luxurious place to stay, because it isn't. But what it is, is clean, comfortable and an ideal base for discovering (or rediscovering in my case) the delights that Prague has to offer in the...More
I really am confused with the bad reviews on here! The location is brilliant I mean a walkable distance into the Jewish Quarter, Old town and New Town. I can't big the location up enough.

One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
