Customer service was the best I've ever experienced, highlight of the hotel is breakfast. The view over Prague if you're lucky enough to get the table in the window is spectacular. The hotel is located at the quiet side of Prague and is about 20 mins walk to the Charles bridge (down hill). We would also highly recommend the hotel's...

The view, the staff, the location are all awesome. We stayed on our way in to Europe as Prague was our first stop. We ended our stay there on the way back out as well. The welcome you receive is first rate, the staff very helpful and the ability to park your rental is a big plus.

Fantastic hotel with both character and luxurious touches. Slightly removed from the central area- although everything still within walking distance -meaning it was removed from the tourist hustle and bustle. Vew from the breakfast room and terrace lovely. All staff very helpful and Customer service fantastic. The complimentary afternoon tea- after a long day sight seeing in the cold -thoughtful...

We stayed in this hotel for three (3) nights and the warm hospitality and service accorded to us by the hotel staff surely made us wished we could have stayed in Prague much longer. Questenberk Hotel is located in Hradcany quarter which is listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Strahov Monastery, Loreta, Prague Castle & St. Vitus Cathedral are...

Hotel staff is so great that they begin to take care of you via e-mails before our flight to Prague: "Is there any special event, concert or restaurant we can book/reserve for you? Do you want to be taken from Airport?" We used hotel's airport transfer service both at the arrival and when we leave the hotel. Drivers were both...

Loved staying at this hotel. My mom and I would start our day walking by the castle and into the town center. Great location. Right next to the monestary where I highly recommend eating/drinking the beer. Lovely breakfast in the mornings. Great reviews. will stay here again.

We are two adults just returned from a short break in Prague staying at the Questenberk Hotel. We stayed for two nights in a standard room. The room was of an avarage size and was furnished in a traditional style. The bed was enormous and comfortable topped with large soft pillows. The shower was great with a choice of power...

Questenberk was definitely the right choice for us in Prague. Beautiful location up on the hill with marvellous views over the city, allowing you to walk on the gorgeous, quieter side of town on your way in and out of the old town centre. The hotel in itself is charming and very old, and the room extremely clean and comfortable....

The hotel has a wonderful historical background and with just 27 rooms, service was very personalized. Situated 500 meters away from Prague Castle, it offered beautiful views of Prague. The staff was helpful, and made me feel very welcome and at home. Coming all the way from Asia, pleasantly surprised with the complimentary room upgrade, indulgent turn down service, and...

What a fantastic hotel for a stay in the Hradcany area of Prague. Everything was great; the rooms, the breakfast, the reception and most of all the fabulous location at the top of Hradcany hill. Our only complaint would be that there was no restaurant nor bar in the hotel during outr stay. I understand that these are being refurbished...

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Location of Questenberk hotel is special for its breathtaking view on the entire city of Prague. Within moments you are able to reach Prague Castle (approximately 5 minutes) and other most visited Prague's sites such as Charles Bridge, Lesser Town and Old Town square. Its unique placement gives you infinite options how to plan your journey in Prague. Only steps from our hotel you can enjoy the calm of Petrin park which is the biggest park in Prague and it is a pleasant place where to spend end of your day with an evening walk from the town. The building was built in 17th century and it served as a formal private palace to Sir Caspar Von Questenberg who was a German priest, Abbot of Strahov Premonstratensian Monastery. Sometimes the building is misinterpreted as a church, because the architecture is very similar to the one found in Strahov Monastery which is located only 2 minutes of walking through our terrace restaurant. Our hotel is suitable for clients of all ages, families with children, couples, wedding occassions or business trips. Staying in hotel Questenberk will give you unforgetable memories and will definitely make your stay in Prague even more enjoyable. ... more   less
