I booked a 5 night stay for the end of March. Unfortunately the accommodation was canceled because of the corona. Mrs. Jana Bodinska, acted with great responsibility and honesty when she returned to us the full payment we had paid. With such a pleasant and fair treatment from the hotel management, I am sure that when we arrive in Prague, we will be staying at the

Dear ayala19, your kind comment is a valuable contribution to our hotel image these days, thank you very, very much. Your time and good will are highly appreciated and I sincerely hope to be able to welcome you in our hotel in 2021! We are certainly happy when our guests leave the prepayed amounts with us and we offer an unlimited possibility of rebooking the original stays, but at the same time we are refunding the money, when our guests wish so, as we understand that the situation for many people might be very difficult at the moment. And we hope all this evil will be soon over... Thank you again, take care and see you soon in hotel Rott! Jana Budinská

We stayed here 3 nights this past weekend and really enjoyed it. One of the best values in a hotel in Europe for us so far. We stayed in a large room overlooking a square. The shower was a bit small, as most are in Europe, but the bed was comfy, and there was coffee in the room, which is important to us. The breakfast is definitely the best we have experienced in Europe. The service was amazing--the hotel staff helped us with parking and sightseeing recommendations, and even provided umbrellas since we forgot to pack ours. And the location cannot be beat! Located just steps from the old town square and the astronomical clock. We plan to stay here again when we return to Prague.

Dear guests, thank you for your excellent review, which literally made my day - one of those many within the last months, which remind rather of a bad dream for a hotelier. I am happy you felt well in our hotel and enjoyed your stay in Prague, sightseeing and everything. It is a great value, indeed, visiting Prague these days, with the little people in the streets and a lot of different opportunities... you feel the spirit of the city more then ever. Thank you again and I hope you will return soon! With the wishes of all the best, Jana Budinska

In January my parents made reservation in the Hotel Rott with no refund for July, 2020. At the beginning they offered a voucher to use in the future, but after I contacted them (specially Jana), they understand the situation here in Brazil (the pandemic) and that my parents are in the high risk group, and they provided a full-refund. We really appreciate!!! And for sure when possible we want to visit Prague and stay in the Hotel. Jana, thank you so much!!!

Travelled here as part of a Stag do. Hotel a bit classy for a Stag do , but we had no problems. Hotel is located in the Centre of the Old town.. Stumbling distance from many Pubs. Concierge by the door / reception area , was happy to help. Friendly Staff. Two lifts at hotel (I think) , and didn't need to walk for a long time down corridors to find your room. Many pubs to chose from all within walking distance. No issues at any of the local Pubs / Restaurants (No problems leaving a 10 Group Stag in)

We stayed here for 4 nights in December while the Christmas markets are on and the hotel is literally right around the corner from the Old Town Square and Astro Clock so it took less than 2 minutes to walk to it. Although it was busy with the markets the hotel was lovely and quiet and easily within walking distance of other attractions - we visited the Beer Spa, Powder tower, Charles bridge, Prague Castle (although a bit more of a walk) all from the hotel. The staff were really friendly and the room was nice. Breakfast was also good. We'll stay here again when we come back to Prague. We also ate in the restaurant downstair/next door and it was very good, staying at the hotel you get a free welcome drink and discount on your meal in there which makes it really good value.

Dear guests, your kind words about our hotel are highly valued, thank you very much for them. Working in hospitality is nice, but demanding mission and getting a positive feedback, just as your one, is a boost for all of us - from the bellboys, the kitchen or reception staff to myself. I am really glad you will consider staying in Hotel Rott again! Please, would you accept my best wishes into all your journeys, and we will be looking forward to meeting you here again! Regards, Jana Budinská
