Front desk personnel extremely helpful, knowledgeable and competent. Only two issues. The air conditioning in our room was either woefully inadequate or not working at all. To be fair, we had direct sunlight all afternoon shining in the room. The second item is not very important in contrast. We where unable to get a consistent good cup of coffee for breakfast. They had the tools and ingredients but lacked the technique. Maybe some training in Starbucks terminology would help fill the gap.
I chose the Hotel Aria for my proposal to my girlfriend/now fiancée and was absolutely blown away by the impeccable detail with which the staff assisted. Our room was fantastic — the Baroque gardens adjacent to the hotel are stunning — and breakfast was also top-notch. This is a luxurious hotel in a perfect location. The restaurant manager, Zoran, is an absolute professional who went above and beyond to make sure logistics for the proposal were taken of. I cannot recommend Aria enough.
The hotel is very well located 5 min walk from Charles bridge, the staff are very polite, good breakfast and the rooms are luxurious. I left a message with our reservation as it was my wife's 40th birthday asking for something special. They gave us an upgrade, wine and left a birthday message with a piece of cake. I would have been happy with just a note, amazing service. Highly recommended and we would stay again.
Great hotel. Excellent staff. Highly recommend. Staff goes out of their way to help. Convenient location. Sheets changed daily. Inclusive breakfast. Walking distance to Charles bridge, shops cafes. Would definitely repeat
We visit Prague each year for our anniversary and have just returned from the Aria/Prague having been denied our 2021 trip due to Covid-19. This was our 8th or 9th time at the Aria and we weren't disappointed, despite the pandemic we've recently all experienced. The staff, rooms and general ambience of the hotel, haven't changed and the whole experience from breakfast through to eating in the CODA restaurant and retiring to our room of an evening is simply delightful. The rooms remain in tip-top condition with 'Apple' TV, free i-pads for your stay in Prague and luxury (Molton Brown) toiletries. But the top accolade has to go to the Staff at the Aria / CODA. From our initial greeting to our eventual departure, the staff are -at all times- approachable, warm, friendly and would, as a matter of course, go out their way to accommodate where possible, your whims & demands. A top hotel, top class accommodation, top class food and TOP CLASS STAFF!…
Fantastic stay filled with relaxation, a beautiful view, and an outstanding breakfast. Sadly, my girlfriend and I were only able to stay for one evening, but it was well worth it. The management team even gave us a Junior King Suite overlooking the garden, which was incredibly sweet. Between the tiny chocolates in the room, the welcome drink, the friendly staff, the sauna, and the music all throughout, Aria was truly an excellent investment.
Visited Prague for the New Year’s holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and hotel is a great location. We enjoyed the views from the roof and dinner at Coda. Breakfast was a solid selection too. Thank you!
We were greeted in a friendly manner and welcomed to the hotel with enthusiasm and a complimentary drink. The room was lovely, plenty of space, fresh fruit, bottled water and access to both Apple TV and an iPad. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had Molten Brown products and a decent shower. Breakfast was continental style with a few hot items as well as pastries, yoghurt, several breads, fresh fruit and cold cuts. The complementary tea in mid-afternoon was very well received. We did not dine at the hotel but the list of recommended restaurants in the city and assistance with making reservations was extremely helpful. All staff we only too happy to help. The only small matter which I didn't bother mentioning to the hotel was that the shower water temperature could fluctuate which required adjustment of the taps.…
I have stayed many times in Aria hotel over the years & their service never falters. The staff is freindly & helpful, comfortable and clean rooms, good food and a great location. Aria has a charm with its personal choice of art and antiques not many hotels can offer. I will always come back and highly recommend it.
This was, in honesty, a fallback choice because the Mandarin Oriental was full, and to tell you the truth, I liked the Aria every bit as much. From Martin, the wonderful doorman to the extremely friendly and professional front desk people, everyone, and I mean everyone we encountered was wonderful. Room 306 was very nice indeed! Breakfast was amazing. The head bartender, who seemed to work 14 hours a day was funny and super nice and spoke great English, as did Martin and all the front desk staff. The property is lovely! The artwork was interesting and tasteful. I have traveled all over most of the world, and rarely have I had such a great accidental experience! I won't stay anywhere else in Prague again! I and my group of 7 were totally charmed by the place. Every one of us. We were there from October 30 2021 until November 1st.…
